Um, Crystal, your point is why we've never stopped a genocide since 1944. So, I published multiple articles on this in international security. Um, so this is an area I'm not want to talk

about it today, but I just want to let you know your point that by the time you define it as a genocide, it's too late. Every genocide that has occurred since the accords were created has never been stopped for this reason. And the biggest case is Rwanda by the Clinton administration which comes in saying

they're going to stop all the genocides. And then what happened is they debated it for months and months and Matt Albbright none of them could do it. And the and your point is exactly the catch 22. And so the problem is the international community's accords are not worth the paper they're written on.

The genocide accords are worthless and nobody wants to say that. But the problem is it's been almost a hundred years.
