Um so my first linky link today is a piece on search engine roundt which is where they pick up on the fact that in the Google help docs in Google business profile they have added another section which is in their policies for third parties so agencies that are working with Google business

profile on behalf of clients. So the bit that has been added here is to do with making inappropriate use of the support channels. So reading between the lines um I think that this is when agencies or people that are solo consultants working on behalf of uh businesses make lots and lots of support requests within uh

Google business profile. So, I think that's what that's getting at. Um, and the reason that is a problem is you can imagine what that does to an already very overloaded uh support network. Um, so they're pulling them up on it and I think that if you do it and you are found to be
