Well, cybersecurity, simply put, consists of protecting networks or systems and, therefore, the information they store or process. Now you might be wondering why this is
important to our lives and to what extent it affects us. Well, this is very important both personally and professionally. Why? Well, because, from my point of view, we aren't aware, or at least not completely. Now you might be thinking that this is going to be like in the movies, where I have a
button on my computer that I can press and make the US stock market crash, ruin the life of any celebrity, and even destroy the world. However, that's not going to be the case. As you know, there are countless cyberattacks; we see them constantly in the news. Each one has a greater impact than the last. I can't believe that there's
anyone out there who can tell me they haven't suffered a phishing attack at any point, unless they don't use any means. Electronic at no time. What is phishing? Well, phishing consists of the attacker impersonating a legitimate entity to try to deceive the victim into performing an action or to steal their data. Well, the attacks are becoming increasingly sophisticated;
there are many of them, especially... well, now you're probably thinking of a few, right? But it's true that you'll remember the SMS messages that make us click on a link to pay a traffic fine or to receive an Amazon package, as well as the WhatsApp messages where they impersonate human resources to hire us or even impersonate
