So, the biggest thing that most people struggle with on YouTube is a dip, right? You basically are getting a lot of views and then it goes down and you don't know how to bring it out of it. And don't worry, you're not the only person who struggles with this. There are people like Mr. Beast who even

struggle with this on a mass scale. Some days he's getting 150 million views a day, other days he's getting 50 million, which is 300% less than his current day before, right? So, in this video, I want to explain how to keep it a little bit more stable and understanding the nature of YouTube so you know how YouTube

works. I'm also a little bit going to go talk about um how long-form and short-form kind of interact with each other because people don't really utilize both of them to their full capacity. And if you utilize both of them, you could be maximizing your revenue. I'll be showing a couple examples of channel analytics on some of

our students and how we are using the long-form and short-form together to maximize your revenue, getting $50,000 a month on some channels. So, let's get straight into it. So, first I want to show you Mr. Beast's past 30 days of his analytics. You can see here he had a peak around a month ago at 153

million views in one day and he had a drop all the way down to 54 million views. That is a 300% dip. And now, 54 million views sounds like a lot because it is, but I want you guys to imagine that you're getting, for example, 1 million views and then it drops to 3 million. Oh, sorry. If you're

getting 3 million views and then it drops to 1 million, right? A lot of people feel this urge of like, "Oh gosh, I'm doing something wrong," right? And that's not entirely true. If you look at a lot of big creators, for example, we look at like Zach D Films, right? The same thing happens over a longer time

horizon, right? His views are not consistent and you will notice this for a lot of creators. Views will not be consistent. For example, 151 million views, 30 million views. This is in the same month period. Ignore this giant drop. It's like a private video or something. But, you can see here that that is a uh uh

500% drop, right? And if you're getting, for example, a 100,000 views and then and to 30,000, it's the exact same thing just on a smaller scale. So, you have to understand that on YouTube, this is nature, right? You will see dips. You will see drops. Now, I do have a way to combat that and for a way to basically

bring it up every single time you're going to dip and how to identify what dips you're in. So, let's get into that now. But, just remember dips happen all the time. If you want sustainable income, you want sustainable views, go get a job. Like, that's the only solution I have for you. In business,

guys, and when you're doing business, when you're an entrepreneur, you have to remember that you are working for yourself, which means income is going to be a little bit unstable from time to time. You cannot go into business expecting stable income. Some months will be lower. Some months will be higher. Sometimes it's literally

dependent on your platform or the RPM. Like, for example, in Q4, RPMs are way higher than Q1. We're in the lowest RPM season right now, and we're still getting $50,000 per channel on some of these channels we're running. So, I'm going to show you a couple of those now. Now, here is one of my best student

channels right now. I've been working with him for around 3 months, and only around 3 weeks ago he really started picking up cuz sometimes it takes a little bit longer to break out of your dip. Now, if we actually go into the past 90 days, you can kind of see where we were before, right? We were getting

around 300 to 500,000 views a day. Sometimes we would scratch a million, but our revenue was getting around anywhere from $500 to $800 a day. Now, what did we do to break out of this and start scaling so hard? This was a slightly long-form and short-form channel together. It was more uh it's kind of like mixed days, some

long-form, some short-form. Then, we started pushing consistently every single day, right? What's important about getting sustainable views and scaling out, right, is understanding the higher highs and lower lows of YouTube, right? Now, I'm sure if you guys are in trading, you've heard this before, like higher highs, lower lows. So, I'm kind of using the same terms, but it actually

makes sense, right? So, when you actually look at your monthly audience, I'll show you here. The monthly audience for this channel has just been increasing so much, right? We have around a 15 million monthly audience. Before it was around 1.2 million monthly audience. What is a monthly audience, right? So, a monthly audience on YouTube

basically determines how many people are guaranteed to come back to your channel, how many uh new and recurring views you're actually going to get, and then also it determines how much stable income you're going to get every single month. So, here's a couple different examples, right? Let's say you have this chart here of your views and the amount

of money that you were making every single month, right? As your monthly audience goes up, you will notice the baseline for the amount of views you get will actually have a new low, right? So, at each time this incrementally goes up, your baseline increases. So, this increases here, this is your monthly audience, and these are the amount of

views you're getting, right? The baseline will be here. So, for example, if your monthly audience is this high, unless you have a video that flops, unless you have a couple videos that flop, even if it drops, it will not not drop below or a hover around this general baseline before it goes back up.

This is how the algorithm responds to monthly audiences. Now, here is another example of another student that we were working with. You can see here that when we started increasing our views, our monthly audience kind of well, it was uh hovering around the same. If you go to past 365 days, you can see how quickly

it shot up when they started working with us, but you can see here as it started dipping, you will see here that the revenue ended up staying relatively the same because the baseline, once it hit this monthly audience, was set, right? So, like the baseline in this scenario was around 150-ish dollars per

day, right? So, it with this 9 million audience, which is a completely different niche than the channel I showed you previously, even though the monthly audience is higher, it still has a baseline of around 150 dollars. This is for a multitude of factors like RPM, niche, actually you can see here, the 48-hour on this channel was only 4.5

million compared to this channel is 47 million, but regardless, monthly audience plays a huge role and most people on YouTube don't even know this metric, right? So, audience watch behavior. What is audience watch behavior? Audience watch behavior is the percentage of new viewers, casual viewers, and regular viewers, right? The only two you need to be focusing on is

casual viewers and then new viewers and casual and regular viewers added up together, right? So, here's kind of how I like balancing it, all right? So, let me take a screenshot of this real quick and I'll show you something. So, when you're actually looking at this metric right here, you usually want to be aiming for around a

50/50 split between your NV, your new viewers, and your CV and RV, your casual viewers. So, your NV needs to be around 50% and your CV plus RV plus RV, casual viewer plus regular viewer, needs to be 50% equated as well, right? Why do we need this? This is because once we have more casual viewers than

new viewers, you will see a decrease in monthly audience cuz monthly audience cannot go straight. It can only go up or down and I've noticed across the thousands of channels that I've analyzed and thousands of channels that I've worked with that when you are making these videos >> [clears throat] >> excuse me.

When you're making these videos, you'll notice that 50% new viewers is usually the baseline of when you see your monthly audience start decreasing and you can see it here. When we got around our monthly audience 50%, this is when it started decreasing here and I can even show it to you a little bit

further. If you look over the past 90 or 100 Sorry. If you look over the past year, as soon as we reach the threshold, look at the percentages here, all right? We see the casual viewers 50%. As soon as this happened, this started decreasing. This is December 3rd, 2025, the new viewers start going down, right?

Now, let's look at our monthly audience again, right? Let's look at the monthly audience and let's look at the exact day that we started decreasing. Look at this, it's right around December 3rd and then boom, our monthly audience started decreasing. Now, let's look at our revenue. What happens, right? Around December, right? We just had have

started having a decrease and now our baseline decreased, right? If the monthly audience kept going up, then we would have kept making more money, but because the monthly audience went down, we started losing money and losing that sustainable income. This explains why we have dips because our monthly audience decreases. Okay, so great. Now, you

understand why dips happen because monthly audience decreases. Now, how can we fix this? How can we actually stop monthly audiences from going down and how can we increase our monthly audience to actually increase the amount of sustainable money we make every single month? Well, here is where we get into it right now. Let me teach you something

about business, all right? In business, every single business dies over a long enough time horizon. Google, Apple, the biggest companies in the world, they will all die eventually. If you look back 500 years ago when blacksmiths were still a thing, right? And people were you know, saying, "Oh, no, black- we're always going to need blacksmiths. We're

always going to need metal." And then we had industrial the industrial revolution came, then all of a sudden, we didn't even need workers anymore cuz we can basically have machines to do it. Now, we have AIs replacing stuff and as you see, as time goes on, businesses keep getting crushed and replaced, right?

First, it was the newspaper, then it was the internet. Now, we're going to have probably have meta glasses or some type of chip in the future that downloads data in our brain where we don't even have to think, right? All this stuff makes you realize that all businesses die eventually. This applies to your

YouTube channel as well, right? If you have a YouTube channel, it will die eventually unless you keep it alive by trying new things. This is where I invented the 32 method. Now, what the 32 method is is you should be uploading five shorts a day, all right? Now, depending on your niche, this is going

to be pretty impossible unless you have a big enough team. For example, if you're in animation, I understand five shorts a day is pretty difficult. If you're in roleplay or you're in some type of like Roblox something something like that, I understand five shorts a day is pretty impossible. Now, regardless, you should still be aiming

for this baseline because this is what you should be aiming for if you want to scale up channels, for example, like this channel here. Go to past 20 days, you can see we upload five videos a day every single day on this channel and we're pulling around 4K a day USD every single month, right? So, what you need

to do is you need to be aiming for five videos a day where three of them is something new and two of them is something that you know works. Now, I've gone over my method multiple times in other videos for replicate and then reiterate. Replicate someone else's content and then reiterate it later, right? So, when

you're starting out, yes, you should be replicating all five of these videos. You shouldn't be using this method, but if you already are getting views, you're getting some traction, you should be doing two videos that you know works and three videos of new concepts always. Always be testing more than you know what works. Right now in social media,

it is a testing game and once you have something that sticks, then you switch it, right? And then you go all in on that thing, right? So, let's say you you test new video new video new video and you have one video that just boom, skyrockets up, right? Let's say this is a NV new video. Um if you have a new

video that skyrockets and it's let's say a random niche, I'll say it's ranking the best animal moments with commentary in it, right? Then keep doing that over and over again and a key indicator of to know when it's not working anymore is when you see your monthly audience start dipping, right? When your monthly

audience starts dipping, this is a key indicator, okay, this doesn't work for me anymore. My channel is tired of it. My casual viewers are tired of it. I need to go look for new viewers now or else over a long enough time horizon, you will see something like this happen where at one day you're getting $900 a

day, now you're getting $100, $200 a day, which is still good, but it's not what you want to be aiming for cuz if you're doing this, I'm assuming you want to make the most amount of money possible, right? So, if you see your monthly audience start dipping, this is a key indicator right here. Hey, let's

change our stuff up. Let's try something a little bit different. And when you try something different, you go new video, new video, new video, 3 2 method, and then bam, you just have a video that pops off, your monthly audience starts going back up again. The monthly audience, again, is something that no

one even looks at. No one looks at the stat. I'm not trying to make up information or say, "Hey guys, look at this, you can buy my course." I don't even have a course that I sell, guys. I'm just saying this cuz I'm It's a little bit frustrating for me cuz I had

this conversation with students all the time, and I feel like this will help a lot of people out. So, if this is helpful for you, leave a comment. Let me know. I hope this is helpful. Actually take this data that I've given you and this years of experience that I've talked about in this single video and

implements it, right? Because everything that I've said here is something that I've done for so long. I keep seeing it across student channels that I work with. I keep seeing it across client channels and my own personal channels that I work with, and I know if you increase that monthly audience by testing new videos and pushing it out,

it'll help. Now, another key question that some of you guys may be asking if you're a little bit more advanced in YouTube, you guys probably know this button on YouTube called push to new viewers or push to subscribers, right? So, if you actually go to upload a video on YouTube, you're going to have the

option that says push to subscribers. Should you unclick this if your monthly audience is too high? I've done a lot of testing on this. It does not work. Do not unclick the publish to subscribers if you want to get pushed to the algorithm. I'll show you what the setting looks like. Now, let's say you were uploading a video on

YouTube, right? Let's say you upload it over here. If you scroll down, well, actually you may need to go through all of this first here. Um after you upload this video, you're going to see an option. You have to make sure the video is private first. But after you upload this video here,

uh you will notice if you go to your content, go to the video. It doesn't matter if it's long form or short form, and you go to details, you scroll all the way down, you're going to see this option over here that says publish to subscription. Here it is right here. Right under Right underneath license and

distribution, it'll say publish to subscription feed, notify subscribers. Some people think that if you unclick this button right here, let me move my camera. If you unclick this button right here, it'll actually push to a new monthly audience. It's not true. It doesn't even work. I've tried so much testing with it, okay? Saving you months

of testing. Do not do this. Just keep it publish to subscription feed always. It's better to just look for new viewers cuz the YouTube's algorithm is advanced enough to find that person or find that viewer for you or monthly audience. So, yeah. I just recommend if you guys are making any type of content, don't

unclick this feature, right? Cuz this feature is pretty important. Anyways, I hope this video was helpful, man. I hope this video was helpful. I dropped a lot of info here. then calculate your trust score this way and it'll tell you exactly what you need to fix. For example, we're analyzing one of our channels right now. And as you analyze it, you will see it'll say something like maybe 70 or 60, depending on whatever it is. If your trust score is really bad, it'll probably be in like

the 30s or even 20s, just depending, right? So, for example, looks like we have a 72 trust score. And looks like we need to spark more conversation on our videos and then it'll give us a big checklist of everything you need to improve. This is basically my mind inside of a app that can basically let
