What's known as the mirror principle helped me to make over $50,000 in as little as 30 days. It has also helped me to make other amounts like 30,000, 40,000, and so on in 30-day periods as well. And the reason for that is the mirror principle is one of the main principles or laws when it comes to

reality creation. And when you start to utilize it and use it intentionally in the ways we're going to go over in this video, these kinds of results and more start coming into your life. And it doesn't just have to do with finances. It also can be in health, in relationships, in your emotional state,

or anything else. When you learn how to use the mirror principle intentionally, systematically, results like this start to become normal. And just so you know it's not me, this is something that I've helped my clients who I've worked with to do as well. I had a client named Brian who had his biggest sale of his

career while working with me and learning the mirror principle and similar principles. And I believe it was 1.25 million the sale he made while he was utilizing these principles while working with me. I had another client recently who went from being $500 basically in the red to building up in a few months to $33,000 a month in his

business consistently. So not just 1 month, but consistently averaging $33,000 each month through utilizing again the mirror principle and the other things I'm going to go over today. I will pop up some more results just to show you that this isn't just me. I wasn't able to only create my own dream life through utilizing this principle

and other universal laws to earn the amount of money I wanted to earn, to be able to do what I love, to travel, to have my dream home, all of these different things. But it also worked for the people that I showed it to and helped them to utilize at a high level.

And so you'll see some screenshots that I've come across or are continuing to come across from my clients who have used this to earn more money, to heal themselves, to help in many different areas of their life. And what I want to get across by showing you that is this will work for you as well if if you

learn how to use the mirror principle. Again, the mirror principle isn't something that you you know works for one person but doesn't work for another. It works for every single person. In fact, you have had it working in your life whether you're aware of it or not. It has been working 24/7, but when you

become aware of this and intentionally use it, that's when you can start getting results like this and like some of the things you saw coming up up on screen or whatever it is you want to move towards. So, let's jump into what the mirror principle is at a deeper level and how you can start to utilize

it to start creating results like this for yourself. So, let's jump into what the mirror principle is, what this universal law is, and how you can use it to gain results like you're seeing in the title here and some of that I've shown, and really to gain any result that you genuinely want to go for,

right? You know, it doesn't have to just be financial or anything else. Although, that's a pretty cool one. If you do want that kind of result. So, understand the mirror principle in a nutshell. So, like if we were to condense it into more or less one sentence, it would go as follows. That the outer world, so your

physical world, the physical five sensory world, follows the inner world, meaning it is being led by the inner world. So, if this represents the inner world, what you're doing, say in this inner mirror, after enough time will be reflected in the outer world, right? So, we'll use a dollar sign there that I just messed up.

But, if we have a dollar sign here and that's maintained long enough, that will start to be reflected in the outer. Let's say it's love, you know, you're maintaining a state of love and joy and peace, that's going to start being reflected in the outer. But, the same happens if, for example, you're reflecting lack in the

inner. Whoop. That's what's going to be produced And so on and so forth. Replace it for for any state or anything that you're going for. The inner world is the one that is creating the outer world because the outer world actually comes from the inner world. Right? You can even look at really

famous physicists, some of the most brilliant minds ever in on the planet that will say as much. You know, Max Planck, I believe, famously saying that he regards consciousness or what's the inner world part, energy, frequency, vibration, consciousness as primary and matter, which is the outer world, as derivative of consciousness. What does

derivative mean? It derives from, it comes from. So, the inner world um is what leads to the outer world. The outer world follows what you're doing in the inner world. >> [snorts] >> Now, I'll be very clear in what I'm saying when I'm saying inner world, right? So, you already got a clue there,

consciousness, energy, frequency, vibration. But, let's dive into what that means. But, keep in mind, this is ultimately, in a nutshell, what the mirror principle's telling us that the outer world is following the inner world and after enough time, which we'll get into cuz that's what we're operating from here in the physical, after enough time and what's known as

concentrated particle flow, all of this will be explained, it starts to show up as a reflection from what's happening in the inner world into the outer world. The mirror principle gets reflected from whatever's happening inwardly to outwardly, right? So, one thing to keep in mind, and a lot of you who've been following me will know this, but it's

always good to reiterate this and get the reps and remember this. Maybe you go through your day and you forget this. Or if you haven't heard it before, is that you are not just a physical being. In fact, it's very little of what you actually are. Now, it doesn't mean you're not a physical being, either. We

we exist in a physical plane, as well, and that's not to be dismissed or like, "Ah, I'm just going to float off into the clouds." Like, you're here for a reason. But, understand that you are a three-part being, right? So, we use the triangle to represent this. Yes, you are physical. So, at the

bottom of the pyramid, you are a physical being. You exist on this plane in the physical realm, but you are also a being of mentality. You have a mind. You are a mental being. You have thoughts. You attract thoughts. You create thoughts. You choose thoughts. You visualize. You imagine. Your imagination is a mental faculty, a

mental exercise. When you're imagining and you're daydreaming, you are connecting to that part of yourself that you can't tangibly touch. Yet, however, it's a very real part of you, right? Even though it's not physical. We're so used to believing that the only things that are real are physical that we forget that oh, I have thoughts and

there are these other things I have called feelings and what's that all about, right? And these will have corresponding effects in your body, sure, but they are not being produced by your body. They're not coming from your body necessarily. They are a separate thing because you are a mental being as well and on this

other side, a spiritual being, right? You've heard the saying that you are a spiritual being in a human body. I believe that to be very, very true. And so, you have this spirit. You have this essence to you that exists even without the body, that existed before you had this particular body. Almost like this

body is an avatar in which your spirit, your soul has taken up. And yeah, it has this physical body, this suit, so to speak, to kind of play around in this game or whatever we want to call it. But, you are not the body. You are not the physical. You are something deeper.

And this is spirit. Now, this side of you also is the feeling side. So, your emotions connect you or disconnect you to what you truly are. So, when you are in higher emotions, things like joy and peace and gratitude and abundance and these kinds of things, you notice you feel very good and almost kind of more natural. This is

because you are connected more to that which you really are. You're connected more to spirit. You're connected more to source. You're kind of channeling in that in that moment, right? And so, this part of you kind of lights up and is more connected. When we're in things like fear, when we're in things like

guilt and shame. You can never cut this off fully, but it feels pretty bad, right? As feedback to let you know you're not that connected to that to what you truly are. So, think of this side as again your connection to something bigger or source or whatever we want to call it, higher levels of

consciousness, and also the emotional self. And if we break down emotion, we can think of energy in motion. So, it's the energetic part of yourself. So, you have these two other parts of you and whether you know it or not, this part of you that makes up the inner world. So, this part is inner.

And of course, this part is outer. So, that's what we're talking about. The outer world follows the inner world. Ultimately, it's following what you're doing on the mental part of yourself and the spiritual part of yourself. This is why you get sayings like you get what you think about and feel about most of

the time. Those were not just thrown out there willy-nilly. They're They're very real things. There's a reason there's books called As a Man Thinketh. As a Man Thinketh in His Heart, So He Becomes or something along those lines, right? There's a reason Napoleon Hill's famous book wasn't, you know, work hard and do

all the stuff in the physical and become rich, right? It was think and grow rich, right? That was an intentional title. Kind of in the title giving away the key in a sense. In plain sight going like, "Hey, it's your thinking that makes it so." But understand this part of you is actually connected

to 99.999999% of reality. We are led to believe that reality is this physical construct. Like that's what reality is. But most of reality is actually connected to this [clears throat] inner part of yourself known as non-physical reality. And if we were to create again this this kind of percentage of which is which,

non-physical reality makes up the vast majority of reality. Just cuz you can't perceive it with your five senses doesn't mean it doesn't exist. In the same way that you can't see certain things on the light spectrum, but they still exist. Or hear certain things or certain frequencies audibly, but they do exist. They don't not exist just because

our physical tools or what we determine are a part of our physical experience can't pick them up, but they still exist. And so most of reality is this non-physical again, things we label as physical reality. And the way you connect to that place is through your mind and your mentality and your spirit.

And 99.9 % of reality is that. Only 0.000001 % is physical matter reality. And you might ask, well, why is that important? Well, the important thing to realize is if we're focusing just on this, we're focusing on a tiny percentage of what makes up reality and like Max Planck said, consciousness is primary, which

involves these two and matter derives from consciousness. And so if we're focused on physical only, we're not focused on the thing that actually leads to the physical. We're focused on just the physical, which is simply following the inner. Meaning we're kind of in a sense focusing on the symptom, right, rather than the cause.

We are focusing on the effect rather than what created the effect. And when we utilize the mirror principle effectively and properly, we start focusing on the causes, which is your inner world, that leads to the effects. And so it is these two that are causes. What you do on these two planes of your

existence will start to change what starts showing up in your physical. So, we can look at cause and effect at an advanced level. The causes are the spiritual and mental things, what you're doing on those planes of your existence, and the effects is the physical. What will start showing up in your physical

will then change based on what you're doing on those two. And this is the mirror principle in action, right? Because the outer follows the inner, right? And this is law. This is not something that works for some people and doesn't work for others. It will work for every single person who applies it.

And again, like I said in the intro, you've already had it working in your life. Just a lot of people are doing it unconsciously. They're not aware of this as they don't realize that all those negative thoughts that they're thinking all the time is leading to a lot of the outcomes they're experiencing. They

don't realize it because they feel so bad all the time that that is sending more things like that that the universe is basically going, "Oh, that's what you're ordering? Okay, I'll give you more of that." Right? And we'll go over again some strategies to kind of correct this and gain more favorable results.

Now, a few other things we need to go over to kind of wire this home is few other kind of universal principles and things that will help with this. And we're going to come over here. And what I want you to think about is that everything in existence exists on this pole. And to understand that even though we're

separating these and we're kind of compartmentalizing these parts of yourself, that they are still one and the same. They're all made up of the same thing, which is energy, spirit, vibration, frequency. Like Nikola Tesla would say, "If you want to know the secrets to the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration."

But all of this is of a like kind as the hermetics would say or hermetists would say. All of it is of a like kind. Need a better marker here. And what this means is even though this is showing up physically, right? And so you would say, "Oh, this is a physical object. It's nothing to do

with these sides of you or the other part of reality and and energy and frequency and vibration." But if you were to actually look at this object, this eraser, with the right scientific instruments and you were to look to look deep into this eraser, you would realize that it is actually made up of energy.

In fact, what you would realize is this eraser is mainly empty space and energy. If you dug into the atoms of which compiles this eraser that it's made up of, you would realize that those atoms are mainly empty space and energy. Again, 99.9 plus percent empty space and energy. And so, how can something that

we claim to be physical be mainly empty space? And again, there's another very famous quote. I can't remember if it's Heisenberg or Bohr, but he says, you know, everything that we regard as physical of their very nature cannot be regarded as physical, right? And something along those lines. I'm butchering that quote, but we'll put it

up on screen. And what he's essentially getting at, the things that we believe to be physical just aren't. What they're made up of isn't even physical. They just give off the appearance of physicality. And the reason I want to say this is because everything on this pole is of a like kind, the reason it appears

different or has a different quality isn't because it's made up of different stuff, but it is because it is at a different frequency or mode of vibration. Meaning, depending on its vibration, its appearance or how we perceive it changes. If you took something in the physical and you sped up its vibration enough, it

would cease to be within the frequency or range for our physical senses to pick it up. It would actually cease to be on the physical. Did it not Does it now not exist? No, the essence of it still exists. The energy of it still exists, but it would no longer be perceptible physically. And so, understand that the

physical world is the same and made up of exactly the same thing as we can say the energetic or non-physical world. We're just using this to label it. Now, this is very good news because this means if you understand this and you focus on certain things internally and you put your energy there

long enough with enough concentrated particle flow, it will start to show up in your physical world. And so, the way this works is understanding that things at the top of this pole, so we could say it's spirit and energy. And these are mainly instantaneous. These things don't really operate necessarily from time and

space and these kinds of things. They're beyond that. But towards the bottom of the pole, we have the denser and grossest forms of physical matter reality, what we label as physical matter reality. Now, the difference between these is this is more or less instant, this is denser and delayed. This takes more concentrated particle flow in order for

it to form or come about. Now, concentrated particle flow is essentially your energy or the focus of your energy. Think of the word concentrated, that's focused. So, takes focused particle flow or energy flow. Meaning what you are focusing on more often than not will be what starts to come into your physical world after enough time. If you

want to create things in time and space, you have to give it time and you have to create space. And the creating space part is, you know, if you have something filling that spot for you, you know, for instance, like example, someone who wants like a dream job but has a job that they hate

or they want a dream partner but they're sticking with the partner they have that they, you know, have as a placeholder, right? You have to understand that it is going to take time and space in the reality, physical reality, that involves time and space. However, energetically, you can connect to it in an instant.

Right, if I told you, for example, to think of a happy memory, you could do it like that. You could mentally imagine in some way what that is and you could connect to the energy of that um pretty quickly, too. You can instantly with enough training. Right? You could do that very quickly.

If I say I want you to start connecting to something you love. Right, connect to a pet. Just think about it, right? Just internally, in your inner world, think of a pet, think of a happy memory, think of, you know, a family member. You would immediately start changing the state or energy you're in.

And if you were to stay in similar states and energy long enough, the mirror principle would activate to start using concentrated particle flow to create a denser, basically like kind of whatever that is maintaining. Meaning if you're in an abundance energy long enough and you've con- created concentrated particle flow around that, the denser

version of that, what we call the physical, will have to start coming in by law. Right? It just takes time for it to come into time and space. We need to activate it long enough on this realm of ourselves for it to come into the physical. And so a great question to ask

yourself is what frequency do I frequent? Because this will start to determine what comes into your life. And again, I've worked with so many people where this has been the case and this has worked for them. Again, I haven't seen anyone actually genuinely do this and it not work. Where they've raised their

frequency, their consciousness, and of course I've helped them to do this. But raised it so that they're frequently uh frequenting a new frequency, a higher consciousness, a different level of energy. Again, connecting and elevating themselves on the spiritual and mental planes of themselves, and then having corresponding results after enough time. And again, doesn't have to take a long

time. We're going to go over how much time it takes, but some results can come in very, very quickly. Right? But after enough time, the corresponding physical thing has to go in. The reason a lot of people don't experience this is because they do this for a little bit and they're like, "Oh, nothing's

changing." Then go back to habitual thinking that's usually negative or feeling negative or whatever else. They go, "Oh, this doesn't work." Well, you didn't do it long enough. It's not something where you're sending out that signal long enough. And we'll go over an example of this in just a moment. And so when it comes to time,

here is what happens to most people. And this is the basically the smiling um in the mirror analogy. So if you are um let's say there's the internal part of you and there's a mirror, and then there's the physical part of you. And let's say internally you're smiling, right? So you're feeling good, you're

thinking well, and you're looking back at the mirror, but the image in the mirror hasn't changed. Right? And this represents your physical life. So, we're smiling in the metaphysical mirror. However, because you've been frowning long before that, and if you look at your physical life, remember it's just an energetic history, it is whatever you

have been feeling, you have been thinking, what you've been doing on this part of yourself long enough to be produced. So, whatever's in your world, you created through this process, but you probably just unaware that you created it. And if you look back, you go, "Yeah, actually I was pretty much a negative

thinker. Yeah, maybe I played the victim a lot. Yeah, maybe I wasn't feeling so good. I was feeling all this different stuff." And it doesn't matter what the story behind that is, you know, that's not what the universe takes into consideration or the system takes into consideration. It's just like this is what you've been offering up, this is

what you've been thinking, and you're getting the reflection of that, right? So, let's say you're now smile you have learned to do this, and you're now smiling in the metaphysical mirror, right? You've up-leveled yourself on this. You're thinking better, right? You're feeling better. Like you're doing that in your day-to-day, and you're getting pretty good at it.

But you notice that the physical mirror is not smiling back at you. So, you're you're smiling into the mirror, you're happy, everything else from the metaphysical standpoint, but the physical mirror just looks like this. Right? It just looks like that. And what happens is a lot of people will do this for a little bit, and you know, they'll

they'll keep smiling, they'll keep trying to maintain it, and nothing changes for a little bit. The mirror just keeps the reflection just keeps frowning at you even though you're smiling. And then most people quit. And then they're like this in the metaphysical mirror, and then they start to match the physical mirror, and now they're

frowning again, and it's a match, and it's balanced once again. But what would happen is if instead of doing that, you kept smiling. You didn't let the physical world deter you, understanding that the physical world is simply a reflection of how you were being in the past. It is an energetic history. Understanding that if

you want to create a new energetic history or a new expression in the mirror, that you have to do the inner work long enough for that to occur. And so, even though it's frowning, you're kind of ignoring the sense state. You're like, "No, I'm still going to feel good. I'm still going to think better

thoughts. I'm still going to catch myself when I go into negative thinking and want to frown and then get myself back up and elevated, right? I'm going to clear the things and release the things and let go of the things that aren't serving me on this, right?" And so, you maintain that smile.

After enough time, the physical reflection that represents the physical world, you may start to notice the lips moving up a little bit. You may not see the notice that the the the edges of their lips start to curl up a little bit and they're starting to smile a little more. And you're maintaining that smile and it starts to

go up a little more, a little more, a little more until finally, the physical mirror is reflecting the smile that you have been maintaining in the metaphysical inner mirror. And again, what happens is to recognize that there is always a delay for the most part. So, if you expect, "I'm just going to feel good for a

little bit. I'm going to change my thinking and I've been thinking negatively my whole life and it's just going to magically happen in a few days or week or whatever." Or even if you try and control the time frame. And I will give you um a certain time frame in general of when you can expect expect

big changes. And sometimes a lot sooner than this, but kind of a general one. But if you're not aware it is going to be a delay, well, of course you're going to start frowning in the inner mirror as well. And then, of course, the outer mirror now gets more reinforcement towards that. But there's always a delay because the

physical is a denser rate of vibration. It requires concentrated particle flow or maintaining a certain level of energy consciousness frequency long enough for changes to occur and activate the mirror principle. It does not happen like that physically. It can happen like that internally because you can connect internally to those things. Again, if

you follow my instructions on thinking of something you love or, you know, like a scene you you you hold fondly or a person, a pet. You would have noticed that the energy of that you're able to connect to pretty quickly, right? Almost instantaneously. But that doesn't manifest physically right away. It takes concentration and focus

pointing the laser beam at that energy, putting the magnifying glass up to it for it then to produce physical results. And understand, this is a very good thing. Because if you were able to manifest like that, anything that you thought, do you can you imagine what you would actually manifest? Most people would

manifest It's really good that on this in this world, that's not something we can do because we're as a race at the moment fairly negative. All your fears would manifest right away. All all of these different things would manifest. It would it wouldn't be great. We're we're not at a point as a

as a species I can we can say to where we're able to actually be able to do that with any level of responsibility. Right? We're all like, "Oh, I'll just manifest this and I'll manifest this and I'll manifest that." But, you would just end up also manifesting every other thing that came to your mind, right?

Which for most people they go, "Okay, yeah, it's good that it's something I have to concentrate on, right? Something that I have to give a lot of thought to and focused energy to." But, understand, this is the way that it works. So, keep asking yourself, "What frequency do you frequent?" Smile in the mirror long

enough and understand that life follows your cue or your cues. You are a creator, right? If you're waiting for something to happen, you're going to be waiting a long time and receive things you don't want. This is the attitude of a victim, right? Or someone in to me, life happens to me. You are a creator.

Life is not just bringing you things that it wants for you. It's waiting for your cues, for your energetic orders. And if you're not giving it, you know, you're going to be sucked into someone else's agenda, someone else's programming, and you're going to be sending off that energy, which is almost always going to give you things you do

not want, right? So, if you've been struggling financially, in your romantic um endeavors, in whatever else, in your health, that's usually what's going to happen when we don't take responsibility for this process. It's following your cues. It's up to you to smile in the metaphysical mirror. No one else can make that choice for you, right? It's up

to you to cultivate these parts of yourself. No one else can think your thoughts for you or feel your feelings for you, right? No one else can decide to do the shadow work for you. No one else can decide to, you know, create a dream or DCA for you. Like no one can do

that other than yourself and life is waiting and following in your cues. Right? So, if you're thinking negative thoughts, it will follow those cues. But if you're thinking positive, high conscious thoughts, feeling that way, it'll follow those cues and create those effects. Now, there is something that's good to know that there is actually a

time frame in which you can expect really great results if you maintain concentrated particle flow. Now, again, concentrated particle flow is not spotty particle flow. It's not like, oh, I think about it sometimes but not often, 5%, 10%. It's like a lot of your focus, the main part of your focus is concentrated on these energies.

And again, you may not get this perfect right away. It's not about perfectionism here. It's about just doing your best as much as you can and you'll get to the point where you can do it like this. Again, it's like anything. You're building it like a muscle. You have to start light and you build your way up.

But this is known as the quantum to Newtonian transition point. Right? So, the transition point from when things come from energy, frequency, vibration into the Newtonian paradigm, which is physical matter reality. There is actually a time frame for this. And what the quantum to Newtonian transition point essentially says that 6 to 8 weeks of concentrated particle

flow, focused energy flow in a particular direction leads to dramatic results in your physical world. So, this is more money coming in, you know, maybe in in really amazing ways. This is the relationships transforming in your favor. This is, you know, the health benefits, all of that. Dramatic changes. That is the word actually used

specifically, dramatic changes. Now, here's the great thing. Other results will happen before that. It's not typical that you're doing concentrated particle flow and then it's nothing for 6 to 8 weeks and then there's a big result 6 to 8 weeks later, right? Sometimes it can happen before that. Sometimes there's certain circumstances where you've been doing certain things

without even knowing that it ends up being 4 weeks cuz you actually were building something without knowing it, right? You build up this energy and finally released it. But ultimately, in general, 6 to 8 weeks of concentrated particle flow leads to dramatic changes in the physical. Now, the issue with this is a lot of people

are a little diluted on if they're actually activating concentrated particle flow cuz they go, "Well, I've done this and it didn't work." And then you kind of talk to them a little more and you go, "Well, that's not concentrated particle flow." Yeah, maybe that's a little better than you were doing before, but you need concentrated particle flow.

This is just the law, the principles. It's not like better or worse, you're a good person, bad person if you haven't or did do this. It just is how it works, right? And so, if you activate concentrated particle flow for that long, you will have dramatic results. You can have life-altering results where

you're in almost a completely different reality through doing this. Now, again, like with the smile in the mirror um kind of example here, most people give up long before they've acti- uh activated concentrated particle flow. Yeah, they do it for a few days, maybe a week or two, nothing, you know, their dream hasn't come true in 2 weeks or

their goal hasn't come through in 2 weeks, and so they give up. And by giving up, what I mean is they go back to old behaviors, patterns, thoughts, and everything else that have been harming them for most of their life, but they go back to that cuz it's too uncomfortable maybe to change or

whatever else. And of course, it's not It is too uncomfortable, but they don't want to deal with the discomfort or whatever else. And my invitation is deal with the discomfort. Right? It's not that it'll be pain or suffering. It will be uncomfortable because you are shifting your paradigm. You are shifting your life, Right? So, changes will

occur, but it is well worth it. Again, look back at some of the results I shared um in the beginning of this video. Those and more are available to you through doing this. Right? And so, if you want that, it's available, but again, it follows your cues. You have to make that choice. Now, a key concept

with this that's going to help you to do all of this um is a phrase that I really love. And essentially, what it is is you have to have more faith in the vision, right? And so, what's the vision? This is the inner mirror. This is you smiling in the metaphysical mirror. This is you continually doing

the inner work, the inner size. You have to have more faith in that, in the vision, again, in the thing that you're creating inwardly, than your current physical circumstances. Why? Because again, your physical circumstances are just a history. It's an energetic history. If you look at your physical circumstances and you allow it to affect

negatively your inner world, then you recreate more of the same because this will still operate whether you're doing it that way or the way we're going over here. It's still going to happen. So, if you look at your physical world and you have more faith in that and go like, "Well, that's what's here, so that's

what's always going to be here." Forgetting that you're a creator and you can create something new, that a new future is always available. If you forget that and use your physical world or what's happening there to beat yourself up, that's what you're then sending out and that is more of what you will receive because the outer world

follows the inner world. And now, you're using your physical environment to create that in your inner world, which will then again be reproduced in your physical. This is kind of a a self-perpetuating vicious cycle that a lot of people go through is they look at their physical world, they don't like it, so they feel more that way, which

recreates that same thing. It's why a lot of people seems like things don't change, but it's not that things couldn't or are not changing, they're just recreating the same thing over and over and over and over again. So, hopefully this is starting to make sense. If it's not, just rewatch it a few times and it will begin to make

sense. Again, you're not going to get it all on first viewing. It's a lot of different stuff. Uh but as you watch it over and over, you will start to pick up more each and every single time. And again, it's worth doing because when this clicks and you start to understand this deeper and you start to actually

use it, your whole life will begin to change. You will start moving differently because we need to get you to the point where again, you're raising up yourself in this world because that is the main part of reality that's creating basically everything, including your physical world. And after you do that enough time, uh

shadow work that helps you release stuck patterns, um identities, and other things you have in your inner world that are preventing you from feeling better, thinking better, that you need in order to uh create that concentrated particle flow. So, this would be a good video to go watch next.
