Good morning people of God. This is another day that the Lord has made and we're going to rejoice. We're going [music] to be glad in it and I have been in prayer for you. I have been in prayer [music] for you. Because many of you are dealing [music] with various kinds of trouble.

Some of you [music] have trouble stacked on top of other trouble. And my prayer for you given by God has been, "Lord, do something [music] with my trouble." Say that out loud. Say, "Lord, do something [music] with my trouble." And for this kind of prayer, it's important >> [music] >> how you name God. And Lord establishes

that he is ruler over your life. Lord, to the ruler over my life, do something with my trouble. So, we are going to be praying for a move of God that he manage [music] the trouble that you're facing. And this morning's prayer is birthed out of a couple of scriptures, but I'm going to

be reading for you um >> [music] >> our main crux of the scripture. It's found in John the fifth chapter. I'm going to start reading at the first verse. After this, there was a feast of the Jews and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now, there is at Jerusalem [music] by the sheep market a pool

which is [music] called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for a moving of the water. Waiting for a moving of the water. For an angel went down [music] at a certain season into the pool and troubled the

water. [music] Whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made [music] whole and whatsoever disease he had. In this time, there was a pool called Bethesda in Jerusalem and that pool was actually two pools connected in five pillars around them. It was a large [music] space and a large body of water.

>> [music] >> And that water was believed to be fed in through springs [music] that flowed underneath the pool. So, the pool was supplied by flowing streams [music] of water. It was meant to be the reservoir of water for the city. But, there was a belief that every now and then there would be a

stirring of the water likely [music] from the current of the the stream the spring that was feeding the pool. And the first person to step in to the pool while the water was troubled was healed of their infirmities. And because this [music] actually happened sick and infirm people would lay around the pool

waiting for the [music] water to be stirred. But the story is told that the first person to jump in was the first person that was healed by the waters that were troubled. Now, if you think about [music] this logically if there is a large body [music] of water and sick and infirm people sitting

around the pool waiting to step [music] in at the sight of troubling you have to believe >> [music] >> that the one who steps in first has a head start. They are rightly positioned to step in at a timely [music] manner. I believe that those people who were healed because [music] it's just one person the

story is told, just one person is healed when the water is is [music] stirred. I believe that the person who anticipated, expected, believed God for a move and [music] worked their faith by moving towards the water was the one [music] who was healed. I believe that the person who got healed when the water was stirred was the

person who put their faith and pressed it down in a certain expectation and began to move towards the water before were saw the trouble, they moved towards the [music] stream before they saw the flow stirring in an area of the pool. They got up to position themselves to step in. And this is the power of faith.

This is the power of expectation. [music] Believing God that he is well able to stir and trouble waters. That he is well able to trouble your trouble. And that is the word I hear from God this morning for you who are troubled. God's about to trouble your trouble. Step in the waters. And you step in the water by

saying, "God, I believe your word and everything that you said about me. I believe what you said about me. All of this trouble that I'm going through, the word takes me to Isaiah the 54th chapter. >> [music] >> Starting at the 16th verse. God is saying, "Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire

and that bringeth forth the instrument [music] for his work. I have created the waster to destroy. No weapon that is formed against you will prosper. And every tongue that rises up in judgment, I will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. And the righteousness is of me, said [music] the

Lord. Verse 16 just says, "I am the creator. I am the final authority on everything. I know what's formed against you and I am a trouble for your trouble. I see it all. There's nothing that escaped my memory. There's nothing that was happening out of my attention. I am over all things. I saw the weapon being

formed. I saw your trouble forming. [music] I saw when it was developed. But I will not allow it to prosper because my word says, "No weapon formed against you will prosper." And every tongue that rises up in judgment, I will condemn. If that's not enough in Isaiah 49, the 25th verse, it says, "I will contend with

those who contend with you." Exodus 30 23 and 22 says, "I will be an enemy for your enemies." What is this saying? God will trouble my trouble. God, come on, say that. God will trouble my trouble. And when I step in the water, he is the living water. He will trouble my trouble and what I'm going

through and everything I am I am in. So, with my faith full of expectation, I'm going to press towards the living waters because God is about to trouble my trouble. I'm not going to wait to see the water move. I'm not going to wait to see the move of God. I'm going to press into

[music] his presence. And when I press into his presence with my faith, I'm activating something and there is a stream underneath me that's about to be stirred because I put my hope and my expectation in a God who cannot fail. God's about to trouble my trouble. God is bigger than my trouble. God saw when my trouble was

formed. God saw when the weapon was formed, but it will not prosper. It will not work and what the enemy meant to for evil, God will turn it around for my good because God is about to trouble my trouble. Bethesda >> [music] >> means house of grace, house of mercy. So, [music] we are going

to be praying for the grace and the mercy of God to shift [music] and move in our lives that he may stir himself around us because he is the living water. That he may stir himself around us >> [music] >> and trouble what has been troubling us. Let us pray. Heavenly Father, we thank

you. We bless you. We honor you for you are God. You [music] sit on the throne. You are high and mighty. We exalt your name. Your presence is more than enough. We cry out hallelujah. Lord, you are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. So, we give you our worship. We say hallelujah.

We give you our praise. Say thank you, Father. We give you our sound, our sound of praise. Lord, you are worthy of all glory. There is nothing greater. There is nothing stronger. There is nothing more faithful than you. Oh God, we come acknowledging the Trinity. God the Father, you are our Abba. You are the great

Father and Shepherd. You are God. We come acknowledging [music] Jesus, the work of the cross, savior, redeemer. Thank you for your redemptive love. We come acknowledging the work of the Holy Spirit, for you are comforter, you are paraclete, you are encourager, you are revelator. So, we thank you, oh God, for being God. And beside you, there is none

other. You are self-sufficient and you need nothing outside of yourself to be God. You are omniscient, all seeing, all knowing. And we don't have to tell you about the trouble that we're facing. And we don't have to tell you about the burdens we're carrying, for you will know. But God, we're coming to the

altar. We're coming with our trouble. We're coming with our pain. We're coming with our shame. Not to tell you what you already know, but for the sake of exchange. And oh God, every problem that we're in, every trouble that we're facing, every worry, every uncomfortable space in the recesses of our hearts and

minds. We bring it to the living waters. Before you move, God, we expect you to do it. Before you shift, we we expect you to perform it, for you have said that you know about our trouble. And that you will trouble the trouble. Thank you for troubling our trouble. And before we see you do

it, we're taking the posture and we're drawing ourselves closer. We're connecting and drawing ourselves in, and our faith gives us a head start to perform to see up close what you're about to perform. So, we draw closer to the water. We draw closer to your presence. We draw closer to the place that you're about to work.

We lay at the altar knowing you're about to stir. You're about to make a move. You're about to shift something. So, we thank you that we're about to see the flow of God in our lives unlike ever before. And we thank you that your presence is able to wash away trouble, to wash away grief, to wash away pain,

to wash away adversity, to wash away injustice, to wash away the weapons that were formed against us. You're able the water is able to destroy. Words formed and set against us. The water is able to destroy. We thank you that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they're mighty through God

to the pulling down of stronghold. We thank you for the living water that give us the ability to pull down sickness in the name of Jesus. To pull down every work of the enemy around us, on our bloodlines, on our mindset, on our peace, on our livelihood, on our faith, on our ability to move forward. We thank

you, oh God, for you have preserved us even in the midst of mounting trouble. And we thank you, oh God, that you have ushered us into a place in our faith where we're standing on the word that you will contend with what's contending with us, and you will be an enemy to what's an enemy against us, and you will

destroy the weapons of warfare formed against us, and you will cast down every voice that spoke against us. We thank you, oh God, for your power to destroy trouble. We thank you, oh God, that you're moving around us, and we feel the troubling of a great water. We feel the movement of a mighty wind to break

what wants us broken. So great breaker, >> [laughter] >> Straight up by say we yield so you can do your work and break everything set against us. Every obstacle, every matter of war, every weapon formed to destroy us. Oh God, big breaker, break everything around us that is not you. And our faith

positions us [music] to see you perform it. Stir yourself around us so that [music] we might see you are great breaker >> [music] >> and the only one who can trouble our trouble and the only one [music] who can upset the offenders against us and the only one who has our healing. We thank you, we

bless you, and we say it is so in Jesus' name. Amen. Say Lord, thank you for positioning me. I'm about to see you trouble my trouble. Meditate [music] on this word. God knows the trouble that you're feeling and he is troubling himself. He's troubling the waters around you. Step in to God. He's about to make a move.
