Okay, so I am begging you to own less stuff. I know I am not saying that to do this you have to become a minimalist. You can definitely own nice things, but I learned kind of the hard way that every single thing that you own ends up costing you so much more than just

money. [music] And most people never even realize it because after years of chronic overconsumption and paying off six figures of debt as an ex-shopaholic, I realized the stuff that I always felt so in control of buying was actually controlling me.
