Friends, we have been hearing many things in our homes since childhood. One of them is [music] that one should not sweep the house at night. But have you ever wondered why this is said? Is there really any harm in sweeping at night? Or is there some understanding and experience of our [musical] ancestors hidden behind this
? A similar thing happened in an old Punjabi village. There lived a mother in the village. Because she was busy with household chores all day, she did n't have time to clean the yard. It was evening, the sun had set, and the rest of the household chores were finished. Mother thought, "Let's just clean the yard now."

He thought, "If this has been
going on for so many years, there must be a reason behind it." After some time, news spread in the village that Guru Nanak Dev Ji had come near the village. They started going for it. Mother also set out to see Guru Sahib. Guru Sahib was sitting under a big tree. The congregation was sitting around. They were
listening to people's conversations very peacefully. Mother greeted Guru Sahib and sat in silence for some time. I had the same question in mind. Finally, she sat in front of Guru Sahib with folded hands and said, "Guru Ji, I have one thing in mind. I want to know the answer to it." Guru Sahib
