There's a lot of bad quality items out there, poorly priced things, things that I believe are not worth spending my money on. Now, it's important that you curate this list, especially for yourself, because everybody is different. Everyone has different lives. Everyone has different needs and routines. But once you know what you're willing to spend your money on, it makes
it a lot easier to not spend your money on other things. saving money, budgeting, that all comes from understanding your patterns, your needs, and what really matters in your life. If you do not know these things, it becomes increasingly difficult to have boundaries on your spending, increasingly difficult to save, increasingly difficult to say no. And if
you say yes to everything, you'll find yourself saying no to yourself a lot more. Now, this is an easy concept to understand in print, but when we actually begin to live our lives, it's the weekend, it's summer, we have Apple Pay, things start happening without us realizing it because we don't have a
