Japanese military plane from Singapore. The next day, after a technical stop at Taihoku Airport in Taiwan, the plane takes off and shortly afterward suffers a claimed engine failure. The plane crashes. Netaji is reported to have suffered severe burns [music] and died a few hours later in a local hospital. But this is where the story starts to get complicated.
