Right. Hello everyone. Uh today's video is going to be slightly more personal. I think I talk about how to actually construct a portfolio in I think maybe my earliest uh you YouTube uh over in this channel and I also talk a lot about these different income strategies and some sometimes some of the pros and some of

the cons but I think we never really explore a lot about uh how all of these things add together in in certain income strategies by itself. So I thought why not maybe start off by talking about my portfolio. My portfolio is uh this data lease income portfolio itself and I think this is a portfolio that um I

started building since I started work at around 24 years old. So I think over time as as I did a lot of right things as well as some stupid things along the way uh I managed to be able to accumulate to to a certain amount and what I plan for it is actually to

provide income for for a certain essential part of my financial independence. Now I'm not sure how the sequencing of this is going to be but uh I think I I have no idea how how I'm going to arrange the sequence but the general idea is this is going to show you more about the portfolio itself. Uh

and hopefully the whole sequence make makes sense itself. So uh I think I think I think let's let's get started. So my portfolio I did recently I think I started updating since I think around May 2024. That was when I thought I've prior to this I have never like really like broadcast my portfolio and then uh
