Russell Brunson: I Replaced 250 Employees With One AI

and basically told everyone like you have to 10x your productivity with these AI tools we're giving you or [music] you have to leave that box and it replaced 250 full-time support people. It replaced over 100 developers. At the peak um with the peak we're about 500 people um we are under 100 now and still

>> still optimizing. So one [music] big SAS that that answers everybody's questions is going to be dead. >> Do you think AI now can replace copyriters? >> It beats me now. All right, Russell, you just finished the last with quotation marks FHL. [laughter] >> Come on now. It is. >> And this one uh was all about AI. Yeah.

And so I want to get your take on what's going on with AI and how you guys are using and all that stuff. But before we do, I mean, is it really actually the last one? Because, you know, you said that last year, too. >> I was there last year cuz I thought it

was the last one. I was like, I got to go to this one. >> It was more than a year ago. It was 18 months ago. So, [laughter] we took a whole year off. It's funny because like um yeah, I hope it's the last one. Um [laughter] it's I forget like we got back into it

like oh yeah this is why we stopped doing I forget like what goes into producing and running an event and it's way less profitable than if you do a virtual event on a very specific topic where you're curated or like you can create the perfect event in a fiveday virtual where you have multi-speakers.

It's it's so much harder to orchestrate it for you know and so I don't know um we didn't sell another one. We have another plan for one. Uh it's weird because I think we just did this one because you think about FHL10 18 months ago. Nobody, not a single speaker talked about AI. Like AI wasn't a thing 18
