become more and more and more and more separate from each other, more and more and more convinced that we don't depend [music] on each other. If this continues, they will not be able to maintain relationships not just with each other but with everything that shares this planet with us. [music] We are at a point right now where if one

The thing is is that you personally vote in this life with your thoughts, [music] your words, your behaviors, your decisions, and your actions. So, the question at all moments of the day is, "How can I be the antidote to what I see in the

world?" So, if what I'm seeing in the world is cruelty, how can I be kindness? Now, I really do need you to get it doesn't feel like it most of the time because we look at these big deal systemic issues and we're like, "Oh, what the hell am I going to do about

it?" right? The effect that a single individual can have on those that they interact with, it's amazing really when you watch it.
