And so you're literally walking on the surface of this

planet in a reality that [music] is based in the backside of the model.

Welcome back to the Art of Awakening podcast where the art of living awake becomes a daily practice. And this is essential for us truly to live a better life, one that we love living. I'm your host Dr. Sue Morter and today we're diving into physics. Uh user-friendly physics, I promise. The physics of presence, how time and space

and energy shape your reality. And the great news is you have influence over all of it. So presence is more than just mindfulness. In fact, sometimes I like to call it mindlessness in terms of we're not using our minds in the thinking way. We're doing something else with it that is actually so much more

potent when it comes to finding solutions in your life and finding creative essence in your in your world and coming up with new ideas and innovative ways of approaching old problem areas of your life. It's a creative force if you think about it this way. Presence is this creative force that allows you to bend time and

to reshape space and to influence the energetic true fabric of reality. So in this episode we're going to explore how presence connects you to the zero point field and also why in the world you want to be connected to that and the science of resonance and what that means and how your energy shapes your your entire

environment and then therefore of course your experience in life. And we're going to cover some practical tools to expand your awareness and master presence for yourself, okay? So let's dive in. So I want you to just recognize that time is invented. It's a construct. It isn't real. It's a linear illusion, if you will.

So what this means is it's an agreed upon reality. Inside the bandwidth of time we experience life in a linear fashion that allows A to lead to B to lead to C to lead to D. And interestingly enough, the quantum reality is that you don't have to go through A to get to B to get to C to get

to D at all. You can go straight to D. In fact, D is already existing. C is already existing. And so it's a strange thing to try to wrap your mind around, but it might be helpful if you just think of it like this. You don't have to um strive in order to

uh prevail. You don't have to have blood, sweat, and tears in order to have something that you cherish and that is worth it, so to speak. And so when we start thinking in those kinds of terms, it becomes interesting to us what this whole linear reality is and how time plays a role in that. In fact, we think

that it takes a lot of time to change something, but it doesn't. It takes presence. It takes a focused presence that in an instant can create a lasting change in your life. You don't have to have a repetitive pattern over 30 days to make a change in your life. That's one way to do it, but I also want you to

realize that when mindfulness or this clarity that I'm speaking about are present, you can have that same transformative impact in an instant. In fact, you can have the transformative impact even before your mind decides to do it. If we're aligned in space and time as our true nature would have us be. So we have to start to figure out

what that means. And the world is evolving, humanity is evolving in a way that we are able to grasp this, to grok it a little more easily every year. Every day. I'm constantly teaching practitioners um work with bioenergetic work to that they can work with on themselves or they can work with other

people. And I'm noticing that people are picking up really complex, complicated ideas in uh fraction of the time because we're vibrating at a different frequency and we're able to realize, we're able to recognize, we're able to um um put pieces together faster than we were able to. And what that means is in

terms of our conversation right now, we're sort of defying time when it when it is has previously required a certain amount of time for people to pontificate and to recognize what is happening and what I'm explaining. And now it's just rolling out. Almost zero questions asked. It's an amazing thing to witness over the

last 10 years, 20 years, uh even in the last 5 years. It's been It's been profound in terms of what we're able to recognize. And I want you to understand that it is right on time and that it's happening in your life, too, whether you're aware of it or not. And I want to

bring your awareness to it so that you start realizing that you can change things in an instant. You can have it be different if you say so. And it's even more profound than finding your limiting beliefs and disassembling them. In fact, it pierces right through the whole realm where we're caught up inside of our beliefs in the first

place. When we are fully present, we are accessing an eternal now that is filled with infinite possibilities. All possibilities exist. And so all we have to do is pick them, choose them in a constant and consistent manner that is assured and grounded and integrated. When your heart is in it and your mind

and your heart and your gut are aligned in these sorts of ways, it brings you so present that in an instant, literally, you can have a transformational effect on your life. And that means on your relationships and on your capacity to welcome a new job into your life or a new opportunity or projects or finding

solutions to things that you used to think of as unsolvable problems that are so repetitive and you're caught in the web again, just recycling and recycling. All of that is something we're outgrowing. And if you can absorb the idea that the whole of humanity is actually outgrowing this, whether they know it or not, you

can start to see why there's so much kicking and screaming out in the world and so much chaos and so much conflict and so much polarity. It's because this evolution is taking place and we're either on board with it, aware of it, and masterfully managing it or it has a hold of us and we're flailing about,

kicking and screaming as I said, um you know, splashing about in against the current, trying to swim upstream. So all the while, all of this is actually in your favor. So what would it feel like for you to live free of time, to live outside of time? If the moment that you thought of making a change in

your life or trying to go for that goal or that vision or that impression or that inspiration, that desire that's rising from inside of you, if that quality of the conversation that goes, "Oh, it just take so long, so much time, it would be so hard. The effort would be, you know, almost insurmountable." Um

what would happen if you stopped having that element in the conversation that went on in your head? The space around you is truly alive with potential. It's just waiting for guidance. And the thing about human beings is they hesitate to be the leader. They hesitate to be the leader. And when I even say those words, people think,

"Well, I don't want to lead other people. How can I possibly have an influence on on all of that?" As it is associated in our minds with leading people. But I'm speaking to you about leading the potential energy that is surrounding you. It is literally uh filled with photons, little packets of awareness. Everything

in your reality is. And it's sitting there as potentiality. And all that is required is for you to direct how it's going to go. But you have to mean it. You have to vibrationally resonate in a way that can collect it, gather it, and and channel it in a way that is uh effective, but

that can happen instantaneously. By you having complete awareness inside your body, by living awake, you become the alchemist in this way. You become the leader of these little packets of energy, formulating your reality. So your energy field interacts with space, shaping it based upon your vibrational state. Want you to think about that.

What vibration do you walk around as every day? You walking around totally frustrated about the things that aren't going right in your life? It's really hard for those things to shift if you're vibrating at the frequency that is focused on all of that as a problem. But if you're entering into your day

with curiosity and you're on an adventure and you are an inventor and you are masterfully looking as to how to shapeshift your reality and you know that it starts with the vibration that you carry inside your body, then everything begins to look differently. When we know these things collectively. So right now, pay

attention. How do you feel in your body? You carrying tension that you really don't need to? Is there anything tense in your body right now that it's not actually serving anything for it to be tense. For you to just walk around with that sort of awareness can be life-changing because every time you

relax a certain muscle group or breathe into a certain organ area or a glandular uh component of your body or a quadrant of your body like the whole lower left aspect of your system, anything that you're doing to pay attention to what's the quality of the environment in there. What's the quality? Is it filled with

love? Is it filled with possibility? Is it filled with presence? Or is it carrying around some past conversation or some ongoing situation that's been happening in my life since forever. And what would happen if I shifted it? I assure you that what would happen if you shifted it is that you would defy space

and time. You would in an instant be a different person. You would be a different being. And your mind might be the last to understand this, but if it's participating in identifying areas of tension or areas of lack or areas of contraction, um at least it's plugged into a unifying effort, which is what

mindfulness is all about. When you are consciously, lucidly paying attention to what's going on rather than just robotically passing through the day. So, how does the energy of a room change when you walk in fully present? I assure you it changes. And when you start paying attention to that, you'll watch it. You'll watch people respond to you.

And that's just large groups of these little packets of energy called photons gathered as people in your environment. This zero-point field is this field where infinite possibility exists. Just think of it as billions of trillions of photons in your immediate environment. Everything that you look at is gathering in certain patterns based upon how you're leading

the energetic environment. So, you become fully present. You allow love to pour into the room because you're there. And watch what happens. In fact, I I talked to people about this this continuum of energy that is pouring from this zero-point field from the unified field and through a series of compressions that unified field becomes

physical matter. We know that all physical matter is compressed energy, okay? And so, each compression leaves a trail to the next compression and to the compression state behind it. And all the while it creates sort of a slide or a step ladder that walks itself all the way down into dimension. And so, that

continuum is here as you from the unified field. So, essentially, you're the bridge between heaven and earth, if you will, if you dare, if you let it be. Simply activating the timeless version of you that defies space and time the way that we previously have thought of such things. And so, here's the the real

uh secret ingredient is this whole continuum of flow is made of love. The very first compression of the unified field generates a vibrational frequency that we call love, which is why love is the universal solvent and the answer to what everyone is seeking. And so, if you allow love to pour into the room as

you're stepping into it, something's going to change. People are going to respond to you. Things are going to shift. You're going to come up with new ideas and different ways of interpreting what people have to say. You're going to be less defensive and reactive and you're going to be more creative and joyful. Sound okay? Sound like a good

plan? You bet it does. That's what we're here for. We're here to discover that. That's the point. So, being present is how that happens. You have to be present and lucid and aware when you walk into a room, when you walk out of a room, when you're walking down the sidewalk, when you're

sitting in front of your computer as if no one's there. Well, as it turns out, in this unified field, no one is there. There's only one of us here. So, you might as well be just as joyous when you're on your own as you are in at that party that you're, you know, having a

wonderful exchanges with people in and um and wanting to present in a certain way. All of that can shift as you simply start living for you. Living for love, living for life and possibility and potential. This presence connects you to this foundational energy of the universe where all creation begins. You're that. You're plugged in. It doesn't get any

better than that. And you can have it anytime you choose. This is the space where anything is possible. Your vibrational state determines how you interact with time and space. It's all about vibration. It's not even about location. If you're vibrating at a certain frequency and you're thinking of someone that lives on the other side of

the planet, there is a direct connection that brings you face to face as if you are able to impact their life. You're able to offer service. In fact, I teach a course in remote healing that is all about teaching people how to be this vibrational frequency that is a beneficial presence on the planet and

how we can specifically zero in on making a difference for people. I teach that in the fall of every year and you can always plug into that if you're interested in learning more about it. So, what frequency are you broadcasting into the world these days? How about this morning when you got up? How about

what you were focusing on when you fell asleep last night? What is it that you are standing for or standing as? So, let me just talk for a moment as well about uh this the the idea of collapsing time and and recognizing that it's now. There's always only ever now. In fact, there is

no such thing as the future and there is no such thing as the past. Except that we've experienced certain things and we hold them in our imagery and we've decided they were impactful and even wounding to us. And because we've decided that, we keep carrying it in our conscious template. And so, we keep

reliving life through that lens until we finally recognize that, oh, I wasn't supposed to hold on to that. I was just supposed to experience it fully and then turn my attention back to being a creative force on this planet, to being innovative and present in this timeless version of myself. And so, then

the mind says, well, what would that do about our sentimentality and our our morality if we weren't carrying forward what has value? As soon as you know it has value, you can let go of how you got there. If you had to suffer in order to awaken to who you are, if you went

through many, many difficult circumstances and it popped you up into a very conscientious, loving, kind individual, you can be a very caring, loving, kind individual without having to hold on to the painful story that got you there. And you can respect it without having to continue to suffer. This is something that we have to

unattach in our minds. We hold it in our mind that we almost have to hold on to the pain in order to appreciate who we've become. And the problem with that is it alters what we can possibly create in what we would call our future because we've distorted the lens through which we

look. And we think that it has to look this way in order to ever get another great outcome like we've had so far over the things that we've already forgiven in our lives. Just memorize how it feels to forgive. Memorize how it feels once you have already forgiven. Be that one. Just be that one. Put all

of your attention on being that one, the one who has forgiven, the one who has already chosen. You've made choices in your life that you've been happy with. You know what it feels like when you finally make that decision. So, be the one who is chosen, who has already chosen to be a creative force on the

planet, to live in the present. Then you don't have to deliberate all the time and wonder and second-guess and look in the rearview mirror all the time and look back because when we focus our attention in that reversed sort of way, we start to become more crystallized than flow. And when we become more

crystallized than flow, we become more of a thing instead of um the wave. We become more particle than wave. And what we know is that flow is our true nature. And so, we have to be one that has chosen and we're not looking backward all the time in order to know who we are

today. Just when you're mindful, when you're conscious, you can evolve, you can awaken to these things, and you can let go of how you got here and still be reverent. You can still have heart and meaning and association. Can still have intimacy and sentimentality, but it doesn't drive your life in a, yes, we

suffered long and hard together, we're bonded together forever. Just be bonded together forever for the love that is there. It's reason enough, don't you think? So, presence is a creative force. When you're fully present, you can shift potential outcomes and collapse future possibilities into right now. It doesn't have to happen someday over there, out

there, down the road. Why do we even think that way? I'll tell you that in my experience in working with the hundreds of thousands of people that I've been in conversation with forever, I can tell you that we think that way because we've only been running on a certain number of circuits inside of our

system. We've only been partially turned on. And so, we can only perceive partial realities. And then we move down the road based on that partial reality and we go through trials and tribulations and trying to learn and trying to figure it out and scrub it down. And we do learn that way, but it's not the only

way we learn. It's just the way we have been learning. The way we have been learning is through trials and tribulations through space and time, through friction, and we can quicken and anchor and ground ourselves and be lucid and fully present and learn even faster. We can learn exponentially faster and learn things that that physical trial

and error effort pathway would never show us. We have to learn to be present. And when we're fully present, we can hear. We can sense and perceive messages from the unified field because we have built a body that is actually the receiving center of that. It is 10 to 100 to 1,000 times more

sensory than motor. We are built to perceive the truth. We're built to read the universal mind as our own. This immaculate um consciousness that allows us to recognize truths in an instant without deliberation. Your presence leaves a lasting energetic signature on the spaces you inhabit as well. So, as you move through spaces and places and

groups of people and interact in your life, when you are a lucid form of loving presence, you are imprinting that in everyone and everything that you pass by. And so, you have a perfecting effect on the people around you. You have a perfecting effect on your relationships if you are present in them. But, if you

enter into the conversation weary, leery of having the conversation or saying what you need to say because, you know, it didn't go good last time or the time before that and it kind of never has and I would venture to guess that the last 20 times you entered into that conversation, you were remembering the

time before or the times before. And that's why they continue to not go well because you're constantly showing up in the now based upon the past instead of actually being fully present. Mhm. Think about it. Does it happen that way? You bet it does. I know it does. I've spent I've had the honor of spending um

my adult life and even my childhood watching my father work with people, but listening to people and talking with them and deciphering what's really going on here and why is the suffering so perpetual. And people truly feel that in the depths of their heart where there has been pain, there has been deep meaning. And I

would say it is deep meaning in there whether it's painful or not. And it's a shame that we only get there through pain. And that's just because we weren't taught. We weren't taught how to go into the depths of our being with curiosity. We only get there by default when we're exhausted or something has blasted us

apart or buckled us over or just pulled the rug out from under us. All of the sudden, boom, then there we are, present with the self in a way that we hadn't been before. And we remember those moments with a with a potency like no other. And it is true that the universe is

begging you to have that kind of potency of presence without the pain. To see all the chaos that is going on right now is a perfect practice ground for you to do so. If you were to look at what is happening and instead of getting caught up in it, come deeply within your

core. Look out to the outer world from a deeper place inside of you. The same place that you would go if you were buckled over or the rug had been pulled out from under you. The depths of your being that you had been forced into through pain, go there on purpose. And when you do, you look out from an

altered place. It's actually the true space that we should be looking out from, but it feels altered because we never go there. So, what if you did? What if you learned how to work from deeper inside your body? You're sitting in a seat there that is completely connected universally, cosmically, and with relevancy right

here in this life, in this world, in these relationships, with these bills and these responsibilities and these opportunities and these dreams and these desires. It's right here for you. But, it comes more clearly the deeper inside we go. And the deeper we sit there, the greater the signature we leave on the space

around us. And the beauty of that is it begins to support us when we're not even there consciously. When we're not having a lucid moment of presence. If you've been generating that kind of environment around you, it carries you in those in-between moments. Pretty soon there's enough consistency that you're walking and talking and living and breathing in

a different reality than you used to. Your state of presence influences not just your immediate surroundings, it's also in distant people and places. As I'm mentioning, it's everywhere. Is every single place in the manifest reality that is vibrating the same vibration as you becomes your territory. You have an influence on that. And so,

if you're coming into the day in a wounded manner, feeling victimized and on the backside of the model and like you you have no choice and you have to do this and you have to do that and you're waiting for someone else to do something differently so that you can have a better life, you're dialing in to

all of that same victimization around the world. And so, you're literally walking on the surface of this planet in a reality that is based in the backside of the model instead of the front side of the model. For those of you that aren't as familiar with what I'm talking about, where we are creators

and we know it and we're taking responsibility for our entire experience, 100% and learning how to do that is what the art of awakening is all about. Inside of my Live Awake programming, everything that we're doing in these year-long study programs or or the deep practitioner trainings that I do, it's all about learning how to master your

vibration and stay that course no matter what because this reality is not reality, it's a reflection of your internal reality. That's what's real. So, we have to get good at owning it, at honing it, and vibrating at a frequency that is deeply, authentically true and also deeply, fully alive because that is the truest truth about you. It's fully

alive and present, not based on something that you've already been through or something you're afraid of experiencing in the future. So, think of it as a quantum coherence, okay? So, coherence means that um the energies uh are likening to one another. And when there is a potency in the room, the photons in the room start

to align in an order of coherence. The most coherent energies come rushing forward and then the next and then the next and it begins to have a rolling out effect, a ripple effect that starts influencing even the least coherent energies in the space. And that entrainment is what is happening as you become the leader of

your life experience, the leader of the photons. Like these little photons are just these little standing by, you know, um presences that are just waiting for their orders. They're just waiting for instructions. But, because we never take on the role of commanding it, it never happens. It just sits as potential. And so, we constantly hear about living in

this field of full potentiality, but nothing ever changes because we're not potentiating it. We're not activating it in a direction that's really going to make a lasting excuse me, a lasting difference in our lives. So, presence creates coherence. Right? Presence creates that. The more present you are in mind, body, and breath, the

more love that's in the room, the greater coherence starts rippling through uh these various layers of coherence and until the next thing you know, you're in a world where everything matches up. It all matches up. And when that happens, there is ultimate freedom. And that's why you came. But, you can't have that until you start having that.

You start commanding that. So, as you do, your energy field begins to amplify and your ability to influence reality amplifies. And that's the point. That's what we come here to recognize. But, man, we land and we splat and we get dispersed and we start thinking, "Woo, you know, this is crazy, this world I'm living in." And it's all

because we're coming at it from this distorted lens that isn't grounded and integrated and clear. We just can't see clearly. So, the role of love is immense. Heart coherence is the most potent thing. And you know, we have beautiful research that is out to telling us about heart coherence and learning to breathe in

ways that develop coherence and uh amplify the love in our lives and anchoring all of that is an amazing amazing thing that we learn to do. This ripple effect in the quantum field is second to none. Love is the key. Love is key. It's it's readily shown that that an an instant an instant of love, true full

love radiating out, emanating out from you has a more clarifying effect on your biofield than the most positive thought that you can think for 30 days in a row. If you just have an instant of true full-on coherent, embodied, integrated love, it has a purifying effect on the entire energy field, the entire toric

field that is cycling through your life every moment of every day. And so, that's important. That might be enticing to you. Wow. So, if I'll just get to full-on love, bang, just like that. And if I did it multiple times a day, what would that do? Well, I assure you it would defy time as you have known it. It

would defy the the the practices that we have learned that take a long time to change your relationships and your your attitudes and your ways of being and your consistency and to break habits, and to build new ones. All of that is is a linear conversation that we've been entrained to try to improve upon, and it

works. And quantum science is pressing in with a new message that is saying, you know, thank you for all of that. Doesn't mean you throw the baby out with the bathwater. It means let's also take a look at what some instantaneous things could do for us to have that transformation happen faster. One of the skills that you can develop

is to learn to be the observer. Because the more you're in the observing mind, the more you allow love to be present without interrupting it or interfering with it. Just think of it. You walk into a room, and actually love is there. Are you perceiving it? Or are you thinking so much that you're dialed into

something else? And so, you're in a different world, even though you're sitting in a room that's filled with love. Now, this is what's happening with everyone you know, including you, when you look in the mirror. Okay? It's happening in all of humanity, and this is what we're here to learn to not do,

to do something else. So, practice observing. Just observe. Just witness. Be there. Notice how you surge up with opinions, or you surge up with defensiveness, or you surge and want to say or do, and you just breathe. Just breathe. And become comfortable with the discomfort that's happening inside of your system as you're

disassembling your um prejudice. You're disassembling your the angle at which you have to look at things based upon your past and how to stay safe. We try to control our environment to generate safety when all the while safety's actually there. It's a misperception in the first place. So, the more you allow your loving

observation to be present, the more you entrain your system to upload all this stuff down in there issue that is trying to come up and out to be resolved, to not be carried or held as a truth any longer, because the only place that it remains true is inside your own field, because you're holding it there as

something that impacted so much that it changed you. It shifted the shape of you. So, you can shape-shift back into your own perfection, or even further into perfection than perhaps you ever experienced this this life at command. You do have the power to do that. Your focused attention literally is presence, and that is what changes

the behavior of the particles in the quantum field. It all arranges in accordance with your presence. And when you're caught up in your habits and your defensive protective personalities, you're bouncing things off of a distorted pattern that don't have a chance to come in and develop in a perfected fashion that they are intended

to until you develop focused attention on love. Just do that. Just try it. Just practice experience with it. You know, just experiment with it. Every day, a little something here and a little something there, and the next thing you know, you're going to witness yourself not getting so upset about so many things, and you're not ruminating and

filling in the blanks and wondering and projecting. You're not doing that, because there's something better to do with your mind. And it's to just observe with appreciation the wonderful glorious opportunity that we have being here. So, does this mean I don't think about things, and I don't have opinions, and I don't take action, and I don't speak

back when I'm unhappy with the way things are going? No, I'm not saying that, but I am saying if you want to be effective in creating change in the world, you can't be in your reactive self. You have to be in your pure present self, grounded and integrated. Then your word goes further. Then what

you have to say matters and makes a difference. Little micro moments of awareness can begin to develop your ability to have a stronger voice in the world to make change in the ways that you would love to see it be happening. But when it gets to you, and you're charged and triggered all about what's

going on in the world right now, that is not what creates change. What actually creates change is the acceptance of a different reality. And when anyone is living and breathing or walking and talking in that vibrational signature, it has a bigger impact than anything. Think about it. Gandhi sat down and changed a nation.

He sat down and changed a nation because of what he was vibrating in his deep grounded certainty on the clarity of these kinds of things that we're speaking about. When one can walk through a village, and people 30 miles away can heal, something's going on there. And we've been invited to do the same,

and science is catching up to the complete left brain acceptance to things that spiritually were you know, offered to us thousands of years ago. So, at what point are you going to let the let allow the two to become one, and allow that potential to be something that you are walking and talking and living and activating and

animating? Cultivating presence in small intentional ways throughout your day is a way to do it. Just begin. Just begin. Don't think you've got to get all this down before you can possibly have a have an effect on your relationships or on your in your world. It isn't that way. It isn't that way. In an instant, the

whole thing can shift. So, work with your breath, and learn how to anchor your breath and anchor it in the deeper in the body. Breathe low in your belly, and stretch away open when you do, and slow down your breath, and exhale into the earth, and then breathe up from the earth on a regular basis,

and allow this connection to happen. You know, these are just tip of the iceberg things that I'm constantly teaching people in my coursework, but but I I have to share a little bit of it here so that you can understand that you can begin anywhere, anytime, and you can have this for yourself. And when you do,

you start expanding your awareness, because you're recognizing there's so much going on right now in this moment, and I'm going to choose to be the zero point. I'm going to choose to be the stable presence, the grand neutrality in the midst of the chaos, and I'm just going to take a few breaths right here.

So, you can do it when you're triggered, and it keeps you from, you know, stepping into being triggered and developing more karma and patterns of, you know, unresolvedness in your life and building relationships based on fear. Um but I would also recommend that you do this in moments where there isn't a charge.

That you're just really interested in making the world a better place, and interested in evolving yourself, because you can, and interested in developing and creating in an instant what might have taken you a lifetime to do if you weren't turned on to these principles. Feel the space around you, and connect with the energy in the room. Connect

with the earth and beyond it. But know that what you're ultimately doing here is bringing that full continuum right into this space. You're bringing the divine right into the space. You're bringing the grand neutrality into the polarity that you're surrounded by. You're bringing love into where your mind has been in a quagmire. My mother

used to love that word, quagmire. So, uh let's do that. All right? So, slow down. Allow your perception to be in pure presence. Sometimes when great emergencies have happened in people's lives, they've they'll describe it as if everything was happening in slow motion. They could remember it as if it was happening right now.

Maybe you've had some of those experiences, and I assure you that all that was happening in that moment was presence. Because in pure presence, nothing is moving at all. And so, as you get closer and closer to pure presence, you can see every detail as it is unfolding. And so, in those emergency situations, people

were forced into this focused moment because of, you know, what was at hand. Maybe the risk that was at hand, or uh this is also why people do extreme sports. They jump out of airplanes and stuff, because it pulls them into this presence in this way. They love that feeling, and I'm telling you, it's available to you

all the time. And you can cultivate it one breath at a time walking into one through one threshold. I I talk about walking into the room, because you're obviously going from one world to another every time you enter a different room. And of course, it applies in all sorts of ways, but the

more present you are, the more timelessness you cultivate. And that happens to tap into the timeless version of you, which is what your personality has been seeking all of your life. You want to know the you that has always been, and that will always be. Your personality, your frightened patterns, your protective isms, that's what

they're seeking. They're seeking to know that all is well. It always has been, and it always will be. And our job is to discover the version of us that can look into life and see through what's happening on the surface, and see a way to recognize growth and evolution right inside the chaos.

So, I'm hoping that these are some mind-bending ideas that just maybe stop your mind enough to, hmm, think about it a little bit. Be present with it.
