at um where children are having problems of um adulthood with high cholesterol and I myself have seen kids and and the children the children are scared definitely but the the parents are completely paranoid so the most important reasons for these is unhealthy diets most of the times um parents giving money to the kids to

to eat in the canteen is most common reason they don't want to take any packed food lack of physical activity and definitely environment peer pressure forcing them to have a very unhealthy lifestyle so these are the problems that the adolescents are facing here when we are looking at malnutrition it refers to deficiencies excesses or imbalances in a

person's intake of energy or nutrients the term malnutrition definitely covers two broad groups of conditions one where there is under nutrition which includes stunting low height for age or wasting low weight for height underweight low weight for age and micronutrient deficiencies a lack of important deficiency important vitamins and minerals and on the other side we are

seeing a prevalence of overweight and obesity and that related to non um communicable diseases and that becomes like a precursor for that so here the double burden of malnutrition is by um the coexistence of under nutrition along with over nutrition and obesity and this definitely needs a better understanding and um uh a counseling to be done at uh and
