A doctor in the United States makes around $250,000 a year. To get there, they did 11 years of school, took on about $300,000 of debt, and now they work nights and weekends and get shouted at by people in waiting rooms. Personally, I make over $300,000 a year. Here are my earnings in the last 30 [music] days. $31,479.

I will refresh it again. Still $31,479.18. [music] Before we proceed, I would like to connect personally with some of my viewers like I always do. number looks like when the product is a PDF [music] and the selling machine is TikTok. And I want to do it with a calculator on this screen right now, because the number is much smaller than you were expecting, and I think it will change how you feel about this whole thing. $250,000 a year is about $20,800

a month. Now, watch. My PDF is $47. $20,800 divided by 47 is 443. 443 sales a month. That is 15 people a day. 15 [music] people on a platform where a single video can be seen by 400,000 strangers before lunch. Now, I am going to be straight with you, because you deserve that. Most people who try this will

never hit 15 a day. Most will hit one. Some will hit five, and that alone changes their life more than they expected. But 15 is not a fantasy number. 15 is a number you can look at and understand, and it is the whole reason I am making this video, because everybody talks about the dream, and

nobody ever shows you the arithmetic. So, here is what I am going to show you, where the PDF idea comes from, and I am not going to tell you to guess how I turn one PDF into 50 TikToks, [music] so I never run out of things to post. The one account setting almost every

beginner misses, which is the difference between having a clickable link on day one and waiting until you have a thousand followers, and the exact video format that turns a stranger scrolling at midnight into somebody typing their email address. All of it on the screen. Let us go. First, why a PDF and not

something else? Because you make it once and sell it forever. There is no shipping, no stock, no second cost. When somebody pays you $47, almost all of it is yours. And because TikTok is full of people asking questions at [music] 2:00 in the morning that they would be embarrassed to ask a real person. That

combination is the whole business. Millions of people with a small problem and a file that solves it instantly. Now, the mistake [music] that kills most people before they start. They make the PDF first. They spend 3 weeks writing 40 pages about something they find interesting. They put it online and nobody buys it. Then they decide digital

products do not work. The PDF was never the problem. The order was the problem. You find the demand first, then you make the file. Watch me do it. Step one, I am opening TikTok on my screen and I am going to the search bar. I type a broad topic. Let us use sleep. And then I type

it with an unfinished question. How to fall asleep. Look at what TikTok does. It fills in the rest for me. Those suggestions underneath are not random. Those are things real people are typing in constantly [music] right now. I write down every one of those suggestions. Now I click on one of the videos in the

results and I do the thing almost nobody does. I go to the comments and I read them properly. Look at this. Under a video about sleep, people are asking about shift work, about waking up at 3:00 in the morning and not getting back down, about their brain being loud. Those comments are people describing

your product to you in their own words, [music] free, right there. I open a note beside me and I copy the exact phrases, not my summary of them, their words. Because those exact words are going in your title later. And a title in your customer's own language converts far better than anything clever you would

write. 20 minutes of this and you will have your topic. Step two, I pick the narrowest possible version of that topic. This matters more than anything else on the product side. Not a guide to sleeping better. Everybody has that. Instead, a plan for people who work night shifts and cannot sleep on their

days off. See how much smaller that is? And that is exactly why it sells. Because when a night shift nurse sees that title, she does not think that sounds useful. She thinks that is literally me. A small specific thing beats a big general thing every single [music] time because the person can tell

instantly that it is for them. Step three, I build two files, not one, and here is why. The first one is free, short, five to eight pages. It solves one small piece of the problem completely and you trade it for an email [music] address. The second one is the paid one. It is the full thing. The

reason for two is simple. A stranger on TikTok will not put their card in for a person they met 11 seconds ago, but they will happily give an email for something free. And that email is the actual asset. TikTok can ban your account tomorrow morning for a reason nobody will ever explain to you. If everything

lives on TikTok, you are one bad morning from zero. An email list is yours forever. The free PDF is the net. The paid PDF is the meal. Step four, building the files. Watch this, it is faster than people think. I open a free design tool. I search their templates for guide or workbook. I pick a plain

one. Do not spend three days making it beautiful. Clean beats fancy. Nobody has ever asked for a refund because the font was boring. Cover page, one page saying who this is for, then the actual content, one idea per page, big text, [music] lots of white space. People read these on a phone. And then the last page of

the free PDF, which is the most valuable page in the entire business. On that page I put one line about the paid version and the link. That is it. No pressure. But every person who finishes the free thing sees the paid thing at the exact moment they are most impressed with you. Export as PDF. That whole

thing took about 40 minutes. Step five, setting up the place that takes the money. I am opening Payhip on my screen. Gumroad also works, but Payhip's free plan takes about 5% of a sale while Gumroad takes 10% plus 50 cents. And both charge card processing on top of that. On a $47 sale, that gap adds up

fast. Add new product, digital. Upload the paid PDF, title, four lines describing what is inside, price. Then I make a second product, upload the free PDF, and set the price to zero. Now people enter an email to get it, and that email lands in a list I own. Publish. I now have two links. That took

about 12 minutes. Step six, and this is the setting I promised you. So pay attention because this one trips up almost everybody. On TikTok, a normal personal account cannot put a clickable link in the bio until it has a thousand followers. Until then, [music] the website field does not even appear. People spend months confused about why

they cannot find it. Here is the fix. Switch to a business account. It is free, it takes about 30 seconds, and it removes the follower requirement completely. A brand new account with zero followers gets the link. One honest tradeoff, because I am not going to hide it from you. Business accounts do not

get the full music library. You are limited to the commercial music library instead. For the kind of videos we are making, that costs you nothing. We are not making dance videos, and honestly, using trending copyrighted sounds causes problems on every platform anyway. So take the trade. Link on day one beats a trending [music] song. Step seven. Now

the content. And this is where I am going to give you the thing that makes this whole business sustainable. Your PDF is not one product. Your PDF is 50 videos. Every page of it is a video. Every tip inside it is a video. Every question you answered in it is a video. That is the answer to what do I post

today? Forever. You never have to think of an idea again. You just open your own PDF and read the next page. Now here is the format, and I am going to build one on screen. Three seconds. That is all you get. TikTok decides whether to keep showing your video based on what happens

in the first three seconds. So nothing else you do matters if you lose them there. So my first line is never a greeting. Never, "Hey guys." Never, "Welcome back to my page." Those three words are where views go to die. My first line is the person's own problem set out loud in their words. Watch me

type this on the screen as text on the first frame. If you wake up at 3:00 in the morning and your brain immediately starts talking, this is for you. Look at what that does. The right person freezes. The wrong person scrolls, which is fine because I do not want them. Then the middle. I give one real thing, not a

teaser, an actual usable tip in about 15 seconds, something they can do tonight. This is where beginners cheat and it always backfires. They say the answer is in my link. Nobody clicks that. You have to actually give something first. Then the ending, and I keep this soft. That is it. 25 to 35 seconds total. Then, and

this is important, I pin a comment on my own video with the same line. Because the comment section is where people go and half of them will never look at your bio unless you remind them. Step eight. The other format, which honestly outperforms the first one. Go back to the comments on your own videos

and find the ones that ask a question. Make a video answering that one comment and show the comment on screen. These do well for two reasons. >> [music] >> The person who asked gets notified and comes back. And everyone else sees a real person being helped, which builds more trust than any amount of you

talking at the camera. This is also how you find your next product. If 40 people ask the same follow-up question, that follow-up question is your second PDF. Step nine. Volume. And this is where I lose the people who wanted an easy answer. [music] Three to five videos a day. Not because more posting equals

more money directly, >> [music] >> because you cannot learn what works from six videos. You learn it from 200. And on TikTok, unlike anywhere else, you are not building slowly toward reach. Every single video is a fresh lottery ticket that gets shown to new people, whether you have four followers or 400,000. That

is the entire reason this platform is worth your time. A page 10 days old can reach half a million people. There is no other place where that is normal, but it means you have to buy enough tickets. Once your format is locked, one video takes me about eight minutes. Film, cut, [music] text on screen, caption, post.

Four of those is well under an hour a day. Step 10, reading your numbers, which takes 10 minutes a week and doubles everything. Every Sunday I ask one question, "What did my three best videos say in their first three seconds that my three worst ones did not?" Then I make five more of the winner. That is

the entire improvement system. Now, let me be properly honest with you about the timeline and about that doctor number I opened with. Month one, you make almost nothing. You will post 60 videos and most will get 200 views. This is the month where everybody quits and it is the month that decides everything. Month

two, one video does something strange, 90,000 views. Your email list goes from 11 people to 600 in two days. You get your first sale from a total stranger and that feeling is genuinely worth the whole first month. Month three and four, you know your format, you have a second product, and sales start happening on

days you did not post. And then the honest part, most people who do everything I just said will not make a doctor salary. They will make somewhere between a few hundred and thousand dollars a month. The people who get to the top number are the ones who kept going after month four, added a second

and third product, and started selling to the email list instead of only to strangers. Because here is the thing I really want you to leave with. The PDF is not the valuable part. Anybody can make a PDF in an afternoon. The valuable part is that after six months you will understand one specific group of people

better than almost anyone alive. You will know their exact words, their exact fears, and what they will pay for. And you will have their emails. Once you have that, the second product takes a week and sells 10 times better than the first one did. That is where the real number comes from, not from one file,

from knowing who you are talking to. So, here is what I want you to do today, before you close this and forget it. Open TikTok, go to the search bar, type how to and one topic you actually know something about. Write down every suggestion that appears. Then open the top three videos and read the comments

for 15 minutes and copy the exact sentences people use to describe their problem. That list is your business. It already exists. You just have not read it yet.
