I know I'm not the only one who loves cinnamon rolls, but don't always want to make a big batch or wait a long time before I can have some. So, here's how I make my quick serve cinnamon roll bites. For the dough, combine flour, salt, and baking powder, and then mix the milk and
vanilla before pouring it into the dry ingredients. And then knead to form a smooth dough. Roll it until it's about 10 in long, and then press down on it slightly. Separate it into 10 pieces, and then cut each piece in half for a total of 20 bite-sized pieces. Transfer them to a bowl and pour melted butter on
top. Gently toss it around so that each piece is coated in the butter. Mix together cinnamon and sugar and pour that on top as well. Toss once again, making sure that each piece is coated in cinnamon sugar. Transfer them to a loaf pan, making sure to lay them flat. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, and then when
they're fresh out of the oven, drizzle the glaze over it while it's still warm, and then enjoy.
