to get up every day and depend on themselves to take care of themselves. When you're an entrepreneur, lots of people depend on you. When I got into this business, not a lot of people believed in it. That's why we bought the UFC for $2 million. If the Lakers just sold for 12 and 1/2 billion,

then the UFC's worth 50 billion. When we first bought the company, I was the everything guy. You wear all the hats when you start. Then, you start going out and you start building a team. And there are people who fit, and people who work, and people who don't. And you have to be really good at figuring out who

fits and who works and who doesn't. You have to have talented people that are not only really good at what they do, but are hard workers, too, and have the drive. Everybody has to be on board with the vision. Once you build this like rockstar team, it becomes a well-oiled machine where everything just starts to work the

right way. When we were going through COVID, here's one thing that wasn't going to happen. I didn't give a We were not going to lay off our employees. People thought they were going to die. People didn't know what was going on. Some people did die. Well, your job as the CEO is to figure out how

to keep your business running and to take care of all your people. You think you want to be an entrepreneur, and you think you want to be the CEO of a company.
