So, if you're entertained, please like and subscribe. I would really appreciate that. Today, we're going to be doing a Monday morning shopping spree, just like we normally do. But first, I'd like to

So, I can just let you know that we're not buying anything in my Marjorie account. But, the plan for this month is a minimum of $1,000 a week towards my

personal loan, and then basically just half of what I earn if there's more than a $2,000 I make in the month. So, that's what we're doing. We're really trying to get that personal loan out of the way. With the volatility of last month, I was like, "There's no way we're going to have to push back my

September date." But, we're just going to have to see how we are at the end of September. Like, do I feel comfortable um using, you know, $15,000 of my $22,000 buffer to, at that point, pay off my personal loan. I think I'll be much better off paying off the personal loan, but um I don't want to put myself in

danger of a margin call, either. So, we'll see how that plays out, but I'm going to do my best. And then, we have my Leveraged Trash account, which is easy enough. This I only get paid from MLTI, but for TDOC, we can do fractional shares. We're doing it in increments of five shares. So,

we'll do and it's 9:29. So, this should, if it's going to queue, be in a very long queue. So, yep, it's a queue. We'll see how that works. We're going to buy. And then we have the um Sailor Moon account. And I had a lot of fun this weekend. I was visiting family. There was a wedding for my first

cousin once removed, but when he was a baby, I was a middle schooler and we hung out with him all the time and we took him to a lot of cool things. I have a lot of good memories with my cousin. And it's really good to see him, you know, married and enjoying, you know, his new life with

that. So, they all they grow up too fast. What can I say? So, um But now I've come back and two of my dogs need to go to the vet, but I can't put take them into the truck at the same time. So, um And I also forgot I had a doctor's appointment. So,

uh I'm dropping off one dog on the way to my doctor's appointment. And then we'll see if what they say about the other dog. So, they're not too sick. I think they just have um UTIs. So, um we'll see how that works. I'll wait I'll keep you all updated. Um But yeah, so we have I just did the

Sailor Mooning. So, basically a dollar into MSTR, a dollar into STRC because it's below the $100. MSTR is also gone down today. And so, in this way, probably by the end of this year, I will make this so that Winter is at, you know, 10% of this portfolio and not at 65%, but at the moment we're just

using winter to um increase the amount of Misty that I have and I would have more goals with it. However, um I don't have any money. So, I I have to use my money to pay my bills. So, no time for silly games like the sailor running. So, we're and we're also for the margin

account, um because I sold my SLTY, I'm going to have to keep this at at least $100,000 so that I can keep my margin rate. So, um we're going to be withdrawing that $1,000 a week and then if we get below 1,000, sorry, 100 and $1,000, I will buy more OVL. So, I have

bought some OVL during, you know, this time. And so, even though I would love to be making that, you know, $1,000 a week from just my distributions, putting it into these monthly pairs that appreciate more is the better move. So, uh we'll we'll see how this works out, but um my OVL position

I would really love to get this to it's at, you know, 8% of my portfolio. I would love to get it 25% of my portfolio and then maybe 50% of my portfolio in OVL because it's 10% pair and it's probably going to take that amount of money in order to get, you know, $1,000 a month from OVL.

So, um let's go to my retirement account, which is one of the more interesting ones and I also um we go here. So, I have been tracking my countdown here. We could make that bigger. Um but we're at $27,796.89 as of August 2nd. So, I think this week is when my minimum payment hits. So,

hopefully next week or the week after we're getting close to the amount of I have outstanding for my truck loan. So, I'm I'm really excited for my personal loan to be less money as my truck loan. So, uh that's exciting for me. It's off camera because you don't need that information. And then, um

this is Building Yield. This is this website that I I have the basic one part in, but uh it's not really published. But basically, we have in my retirement account um something went wrong. That's not amazing. I would love to just you know, spend money on you, Robinhood. >> [snorts] >> So, I have $684

to spend in my retirement account. So, we're going to do This is my three-fund base portfolio. We're going to do $200 this time. And so, that is my do do do It's around here somewhere. QNDX. This is a minifyed cheaper Nasdaq 100 fund. I'm young. I can handle the volatility. This is a cash account.

So, that's why we're doing Q and D X. And in the future, it's already starting to get a decent cash secured puts on it. So, if you want to try and you have $2,300, you could sell a put. This is a four-day thing and you could get, you know, $5 for this $23 put. And if it goes below

that, then you receive $5 for doing that. And that's not a lot of money. Let's see. So, five five times 52, so that's $260. If I buy So, that's like an 11% distribution if you did that week over week. So, um and that just updated to zero. So, we'll see how that works out for us. But

I'm just saying like I'm doing that. Does that actually go through? Yes. Okay. So, we did that. Maybe not right now, but maybe in a couple of years it'll catch on and it might be more expensive then. But at that point, I will have, you know, a multiple few hundred shares of it. And so, I could do

more covered calls on it when there are there is an option chain that I would like to do that with with Q and D X. And if not, um I could always convert, because it's my Roth IRA, it back into something like the spy when I get, you know, $70,000 on it. There's no reason

in your retirement account why you have to pay the expense ratio for things if you are like if it's not doing options for you and it's just going to sit in your account growing then you don't need the most expensive version of it. So, I could just you know, wait until I have the $70,000

or you know, close it is by then and when I can do cash secured puts on the spy, I could sell my QNDX if the option chain on if like that bet with the option chain doesn't work out. I am willing to bet that over time the NASDAQ 100 will appreciate more in value than

the S&P 500. The only issue with it is that it is more volatile, it is more tech-centric and so it has more down, you know, up to and downs. You can't get volatility without it going both ways. So, we're going to buy that. And then save. And last week the entire market went into or I don't

think it was the entire market. But what I was saying is the NASDAQ 100 went to like a small correction. So, we're also going to put $200 into this which is just $100 into each of these. And so I want OVL >> [snorts] >> and UPRO to be to the point where um

when I go to rebalance once a day or once a week or whatever. The dollar amount >> [sighs] >> Yeah, the dollar amount being the same. Then um it's like moving whole dollars. So we're almost there, I think. I'll have to redo that or do the math on that. Um buy. And why don't we save this?

And we'll look at this for rebalancing. So my OVL is at uh 493.07. And then for UPRO we're going to go ahead and buy $100. Um buy. And this has 521. 62 And so we can calculate that. And so basically I could sell $14.27 of UPRO and put into OVL. But um Yeah, I probably should have done it

like this. I'll do this next time. So if that was like 496 and this is 520 then we could just say buy $112 of OVL and then buy $88 of UPRO. And that way the dollar amount with these two would be the same. I don't have to, you know, sell things after the

fact. So starting next week we'll do that because um the goal is to uh let UPRO and OVL um like when the market is down, we sell some OVL or just not invest as much in OVL. And then the good times we invest more in in OVL than UPRO. It works out. Anyways, now we have $284.

I should probably not spend the whole thing on Misty. There was a big thing with Bitcoin yesterday, so or this over the weekend. And I couldn't tell you the specifics about it. I like a lot of people were just making fun of it. And I I need to actually research it more before I make a informed opinion on what

happened. But um it seems like there was a flaw with one of the like some of the programming and then they were able to we're not buying shares. Okay, well, just kidding. Um so

Uh yeah, I mean that's why I mean one of the reasons why I don't want to buy shares. Oh, I do want to buy shares. We'll buy five shares. That's about right. Bye. And then we're going to do it the same for IS BG, and we'll do five shares for this as well.

Both about $50. So, um I have been building up this this these are little leveraged quantified funds. And they stagger for every $1 of um that you invest, it's $1 into like gold or the S&P 500, depending and then one X into Bitcoin. And so, the hope is that we're building it up during the winter,

and then it's going to be really exciting next year to be an owner of it. And that in general, um you can play the market if you're going to do [clears throat] single stocks and and bets like that, your choices are either to follow the momentum and you know, get in when the momentum

indicators are clear, get out, and take your profits early, and that way you don't get wiped out on the things, or you can look at things that have been beaten down, that have lost, you know, 30 to 50 to 70% of their value, and then start investing in those because a lot of

things are cyclical, so they might be not the best buy right now if and there's always caveats for this, but if your main goal is capital preservation versus long-term capital like wealth. So, you can um I'm doing five shares of Nvidia. I did 10 shares or not shares, I wish. dollars of Nvidia

Palantir will do $5. Um I just Cuz now we're not taking any money out of my retirement account, all of this money I'm making from the high-income ETFs. I am investing in actual companies. So, I want to like Amazon and Meta are getting beaten down this year. But, I think over time I was like, what is my total return?

Like, we're saying like, oh, it's been beaten down this year, but I already have a 25% return, so that like that's not nothing. That's amazing. Um so, um but in general, like Meta hasn't been having a good year. Amazon hasn't been having Yeah, like would I should I be getting out of Meta because it doesn't

have the momentum or should I be trying to accumulate shares while it is cheap. Things like the Magnificent Seven, specifically Meta and Amazon, I personally and I You don't have to have this is my own um I'm you know, going to try to build up my Amazon and my Meta and a little bit into

MAGS just because I don't personally have as strong of a conviction um for all the Mag Seven, but I am pretty sure I am wrong. So, we do the equal weight of all the seven, and then I over uh expose myself to Amazon and Meta just a little bit. And then for AMD and Palantir, I keep

telling you all, you know, we're in a super cycle. Someday it's going to crash down. It's going to lose like 80% of its value. But at this person like at this at the the time of filming over here, I only have $72 in it. So, if $72 goes down by 80%, and then I keep

holding, and in 20 years this becomes, you know, $2,000 out of my $72, then so be it. So, that's all I was trying to say is like if you keep your position small enough, even if you wind up having momentum go against you, you don't feel as At least I don't feel as tempted to sell things, because I'm

not over leveraged in it. I have other plays like my three-fund portfolio, which should, if nothing like if technology is what drives the future, which I do believe in that, then that should by the time I'm retirement age, this in itself, because I'm investing at least $135 a week, which is $7,000 a year, I should have enough

money to retire. But if not, we have my UPRO and OVL, and then we have all of my other things we're not doing as much with increasing the actual high-income ETFs, because this is my retirement account. I only need enough money to be able to reinvest, because well, right now I have a job, but it's

only until November. Anyways, that's it for me for this for today. Um I'm going to go ahead and do my options with Amy and that is the members-only benefit that we get. I go through my trades on Monday morning and I tell you what my logic is for the rest of the week and
