domain abuse is from a long time ago. Last year only an update came about what people do now, SEOs and bloggers who take 12-20 year old domain and work on it. Expired domains and redirections also do the same as if the domain expired. He has 50 DA. He has a good backlink. He has taken a backlink from Forbes. So what

will he do? It will buy this domain and redirect it to its site. So all that link authority will be passed on to that site. So Google is saying that this will not work. This is hacked content.
