Today, we will focus on labor procedures. On that occasion, you mentioned the 2012 reform, which has many modifications—I do n't think more than 300—regarding the current situation in Mexico with this

reform. We have managed to shorten the timeframes for labor procedures, as announced. For example, one of the fundamental points is the statute of limitations. It is not six months, but four. We reduced it a bit more. The professionalization of personnel is being implemented, which is the water in the Both federal and local boards, for the entry,

tenure, promotion, separation, and retirement of their employees, are professionalizing labor litigation; that is, a law degree is now required, which must be accredited with a professional license or professional title.
