What sort of workouts do athletes struggle with the most? We have a huge amount of data here at TrainerRoad we can look at workouts from hundreds of thousands of athletes and see what sort of ones are completed right as prescribed, which ones they struggle with, which ones are a bit easier. And today we're going to dig into some data
with that. We have Hannah Otto with us. Hannah, stoked to have you. Welcome. We're going to talk about your racing, by the way, cuz you're you've been traveling literally around the world. You're in Italy for World Championships, then you were just in Wisconsin. Then you're going to be in Bentonville and then before you know it you're going
to be climbing Kilimanjaro, which we're going to talk about, too. It's just crazy. Even I saw a photo of you testing out slings to carry your bike on your back. >> We'll get into it. It's been >> [laughter] >> insane. >> Yeah, this is going to be nuts. We'll also talk about the World Cup that just
happened in Soldier Hollow. I was there. It was amazing. Great times. But Hannah, why don't we just jump straight into this data? We can look at it. We're going to look at some summaries of queries that we've ran at TrainerRoad. We're constantly trying to look into data and figure out what makes athletes
faster, what patterns, and then how can we support those patterns through our training app TrainerRoad to be able to make it easier and more likely that you'll see improvements in your performance. Sometimes I just we get these little nuggets that I want to split off and share with you all when we're building this stuff out. And
this is these are some of the nuggets. So we're going to talk about it. I'm just going to rearrange my screen here so I can see some of these things and make it easy for us all to read it. And if you're listening to this episode, I highly recommend that you tune in via Spotify or YouTube. You can
