Good [music] morning, people of God. This is another day that the Lord has made and we're going to rejoice this morning and we are going to be glad in it. [music] My name is Dr. King Reagans and I am steward over Christ over cancer and this [music] is your safe space to rebuild your faith while you wait on

the promises [music] of your healing to manifest and we minister to those who are in crisis, those who are dealing [music] and fighting with cancer, those who are providing care for cancer patients and those who are [music] cancer survivors. So, come in this prayer room this morning [music] and there is a sound from heaven and I

don't feel worthy enough [music] to carry it. I pray I do it the justice that I feel in my spirit, but there is [music] a word for God's sons and daughters who are feeling >> [music] >> like they have found themselves in a desolate, a broken, a destroyed [music] place. You're looking at ruins all

around you and you're having trouble remembering exactly what [music] God said. This is a word for you and so [music] in your private, in your prayer time, I need you. I need you. I need you to go back and read Ezekiel [music] the [singing] 36th chapter and the 37th chapter, chapters 36 and 37 because I am

not going to do the word of God the great justice [music] it deserves, but I'm going to try my best. The word that I hear God say is that [music] he will restore ruins. >> [music] >> God is able to restore your ruins and it isn't automatic. It is going to happen because [music] the word

of the Lord has already been spoken, already been declared [music] over your situations. So, every ruined place that you are facing, God has the power, the audacity, [music] and he's already out of his mouth spoken a mandate to restore you back to the place of promise. >> [music] >> You will be these restored back to the

place of promise. Repeat after me, I >> [music] >> will be restored back to the place of promise. And I don't know what your promise is, and maybe [music] your promise is healing, maybe your promise is wholeness, maybe your promise is peace, [music] maybe your promise is joy, maybe your promise is honor, [music] but God will

restore you back to the place of [music] promise. And we find the evidence of his word in Ezekiel starting at [music] the 36th birth. He does something very strange. He tells the prophet and the priest Ezekiel, who was [music] in the place of Babylon, the children of God had been exiled because of their

disobedience. They had defiled [music] the place of promise, the promised land, and God took them out of the place of promise because their words had defiled the name of God. And they had found [music] themselves in the place of Babylon, and they were in Babylon for 70 [music] years, but the grace of God offered the

words from the prophet of God while they were in this distant and [music] foreign land. And before they left their land of promise, they saw [clears throat and music] the temple being burned. They saw the walls being destroyed. [music] They saw the desolation that had become of the city and the promised land. And here Ezekiel

is the prophet of God who hears the word from God. And God tells Ezekiel when he's living in Babylon, he [music] says, "Prophesy to the mountain." He said, "Send your words to the mountain. I am giving you words. I am sending the sound from heaven to prophesy to the mountains of Israel. I know you're in Babylon, but

I need you to say what I am saying. And from heaven's throne, I am prophesy I am sending a word to the mountains of Israel that you will shine again. There will be glory on the mountains. I will restore what was desolate. And I know other nations have mocked you. And I know they've thrown your name through

the mud. They drug it through the dirt and the mud. But God is saying, "I will restore the mountains of Israel. And I will bring the children back to you. And you will be a fruitful [music] place. And I will deal with those who mocked you. I will deal with those who made you

desolate. I will deal with those who laughed when you were in your broken place." He said, "Prophesy. I'm speaking to the mountains of Israel. Man of God, while you were in this place of captivity, all the way in Babylon, I'm sending my sound to the place of promise. [music] I'm sending my sound to the mountains of

Israel. That place that was broken down. THAT PLACE THAT WAS DESTROYED. That place that looks desolate. That place that looks dead. I'm telling you from the place of brokenness, from your place of of captivity. Send this sound to the mountains of Israel. You will be restored. You will come out of the ruined place and

everything I said you'll see. God will turn >> [music] >> your ruined space into the place of your restoration >> [music] >> all because he prophesied to your promise. God has already prophesied to your promise. If your promise [music] is healing, he said healing is the children's bread. He was wounded for our transgression. He was

bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him and by his stripes we are healed. He has already prophesied to your healing. He's already prophesied to your wholeness. The ruins that you see, >> [clears throat] >> the ruins that you've lived in, the desolate city that you've experienced, [music] God will restore. He's already sent his

sound to the place of your promise and he will >> [music] >> redeem, restore, renew what was broken just [music] to meet the expectations of the sound that he already said. >> [music] >> Now, there's something else in this chapter that we have to deal with and that is the heart of the people

because the heart of Israel is what [music] turned them away from God and they lost what was promised. They lost [music] what was promised. A new heart also will I give you. A new spirit will I put within you and [music] I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh and I will give you a heart

of flesh. [music] Let's not pass that so quickly cuz that was a word for the Israelites [music] and they they were exiled out of the place of promise because they turned their hearts away [music] from God. They defiled the name of God in the promised place. >> [music] >> So God put judgment upon them and sent them

away [music] for a season. We can learn something from the Israelites because this shows us [music and singing] that God will break your heart but [music] not break the promise. God can break your heart in a situation and keep [music] his promise. God will break your heart sometimes to save your promise. And so whatever [music]

you are in, whatever space you find yourself find yourself in, [music] whatever space you find yourself in, this is the hour to pray for a new heart. This is the hour to pray [music] for a new spirit. God, give me your heart. Give me your spirit because trauma can terrify a purified heart. Trauma can wreak havoc

on the posture [music] of our hearts and so it's important to renew like a new heart. It's to renew ourselves daily. God, renew me. Renew my heart. It is important [music] to seek God for a new heart. >> [music] >> If you ever have doubt on how God will do what or if God will do it, you need a

new [music] heart. If you've ever questioned the character of God while you were in a crisis, you [music] need a new heart. If you've ever defiled the name of God in your actions [music] or in your speech, you need a new heart. If you've ever questioned [music] the faithfulness of God, you need a new

heart. You need a And it's okay, [music] God, give me a new heart. My emotions have taken over. It's hard for me to see what [music] you said. You need a new heart. It's hard for me to see what you said. [music] It's You need a new heart. It's hard for me to believe what you

[music] have said. You need a new heart. So, God, give us a new heart. God will break your heart without [music] breaking the promise. He will break your heart without breaking his [music] promise. And when God breaks your heart, sometimes it's best not to ask God to mend your heart, but to give [music] me a new heart. When

God breaks our heart, sometimes it's important to just ask, "Create in me a clean heart, a new [music] heart. Renew a right spirit within me." So, we're going to be praying for that today because God will break your heart to save your promise. [music] And the last thing that I want us just to touch on is the

fact [music] that God prophesied to the mountains >> [music] >> of Israel to say, "You will be restored." But in the very next chapter, God gives [music] Ezekiel the command to prophesy to dry bones, [music] to a dead place, saying, "Arise and live." [music] And Ezekiel, with his own eyes, saw in [music] the valley dry bones

arise. They took their form [music] again, and they breathed new life, representing [music] new life for the people of Israel and what was dead was resurrected. [music] So, I don't care what situation you were in. I don't care what [music] fell off. I don't care what broke. I don't care what was destroyed.

I don't care what desolate thing you have that you're bringing to the altar [music] of God, God can restore ruins and he's already [music] sent his word to the place of the promise and that is a guarantee. [music] That is a guarantee and although you may feel [music] like you're in a situation like the

Israelites, you're in a foreign place, you're [music] not sure how you're going to make this out, you've never been in this space [music] before, just know that whatever God said, that is what [music] it is. So, we're going to make some confessions because God is encouraging us to make confessions this morning. So, we're going to confess

[music] that we are healed, that we are whole, that we are full of grace, that [music] we are full of the spirit of truth, that we are honored, that we are [music] loved, that we are adored by God. So, let us pray. >> [music] >> Heavenly Father, we thank you. We honor you. We praise you for you are

God [music] and you are God alone. There is no one like you. No one [music] can do us like you. No one speaks to us like you. I thank [music] you, Heavenly Father, the great God, creator of the universe. You are Alpha and Omega. You are beginning and the end. There is >> [music]

>> nothing greater than you. You don't need us to be God, but still you have a yearning to be connected to our lives and I thank you, God, that you chase [music] us down. I thank you, God, >> [laughter] >> that you find us in desolate places. I thank you, God, that you search us out

of among ruins in our lives, and you release your sound. Thank you, oh God, for your sound is like healing waters, and you renew us [singing] with your words. So, breathe your words on us, God, so that we move forward in the spirit of truth, knowing that whatever is ruined, whatever desolate place we

[music] find ourselves in, that you are life. You are abundant life, and you speak to the things you've already promised. You've already given our promise a great command that the it will be fruitful toward us, and it will carry us to. I thank [music] you, oh God, for your careful nature towards your sons and

daughters, those who are in the middle of crisis situations, those in the middle who feel like things are broken and falling apart. We hear your sound, and we remember. We remember that the promise remains, that it is untouched because you've already prophesied. You prophesied to the promise, and it is well. And so, just in your authority, as

you had prophesied to the promise, we, like Ezekiel, take our zeal from you, and under the authority of the almighty God, under your spirit, just like Ezekiel, we look in THE VALLEY, THE DRY PLACE, AND WE PROPHESY to every dry bone that we see. Oh, rise, take form, and live. For God has said you shall

live. You shall live and not die. Thank you, God, that we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. That you cover the lilies. How much more [clears throat] will you cover us? THAT YOUR WORD is like the rain and the snow that comes down from heaven into the

earth. It will not return unto you void. So, everything you spoke on over us, we will see even in a place of uncertainty. For this we know, your word is still standing. You've already spoken to the promise. And as we are in this place of transition, in this place of discomfort, we speak and we prophesy that we shall

live, that we are healed, that we are whole, that we have joy, that we have peace, that it is well. Just like Ezekiel, we prophesy life. We prophesy life and everything that was ruined, that was meant to be restored, we will see the day of restoration. So, for every mountain of Israel that

you have promised your people, we say arise, Israel. There is a rebuilding season for you. And everything we saw destroyed that was meant to remain, we will see the rebuilding of a great thing. And the latter will be greater than the former. Thank you, God for the increase. Thank you God for the harvest

and thank you God even for the times that you had to break our heart to keep the promise. Oh God, if we found ourselves in a place [clears throat] that displeases you or did not bring glory and honor to your name, when we complained, when we acted out of frustration, or struck out

or we shrunk back in shame, forgive us, our oh God. Let us wear your name, wear your name with great honor. Let us not bring shame or bring injury to the name, oh God. We thank you, oh God, for giving us a new heart. And where there was doubt, oh God, you are giving

us a surety. And where there was uncertainty, you are giving us great faith. And where there was anger, you are giving us love. And where there was anxiety, you are giving us peace. Oh God, we thank you, oh God, for settling us with a new heart and a new spirit. We thank you, oh God.

And everything that you broke off of us that was meant to die, let it die. Wayward emotions,

but those long, long-lasting, long-standing grief, God, break it off of us. Anything that hinders us from walking [music] in the place of promise. Anything that hindered us [music] from walking in a place where we are in the right standing with you. Break it off of us. Break our hearts and keep the promise.

Anything that we wrongly thought about you, anything that we missed in alignment with you, God, break it and give us a new heart. We want to be pleasing in your sight. We don't just want the promise. We want to be pleasing to you. I say we don't want just the breakthrough, but we want to be a

blessing to the name of God. We thank you for the power that you have. I thank you for the words that you have declared that you will restore [music] what was ruined. For you have already prophesied to the promise. I thank you, oh God, that it will not end like this. I thank you, oh

God, that there is a rebuilding. I thank you, God, that there is a rebuilding. And everything you rebuild, oh God, on the outside, begin with us. Create in us a clean heart. Renew the right spirit within us. As we go through trials, as we go through testing, as we go through storms, as we go through rain, make us

like gold that does not tarnish. [music] Oh God, let us be found worthy, worthy to be your sons and daughters. As we carry your name in foreign places, as we carry your name in strange lands and seasons, we know that what you said, it will be. And so, as you have prophesied to the promise,

we prophesy to the enemy, it is well. Hallelujah, say. You are a resonator. You are a purifier. You are a healer. You are a redeemer. You are a restorer. You are God. Hallelujah, we've not seen you do your greatest work in us, so we will watch. Hallelujah, say. We will set ourselves on the wall

and watch you rebuild, restore, repair, refresh, create in us a new heart, create in us a new heart. Before we go and enter into the place of [music] promise, make us new. Make us worthy to carry [music] the testimony that drips and is draped in your name. And we thank you, and we see the

promise, we see the breakthrough, we see it turning around, we see restoration, we see it, we see dry bones all moving in the valley. We hear a rumbling coming from [clears throat] a dead place, and [music] we give you glory. We give you honor. We give you [music] praise, for you are God [clears throat]

of the ruins. You are God [singing] of the restoration, and [music] you have sent your word ahead of us. And we honor you >> [music] >> for your faithfulness in Jesus' name. Amen. If this [music] prayer blessed you, I need you to meditate on its sound. I need you to read and reread Ezekiel
