ok, let's continue where we were, in the past video. Let's create a new channel adding a sample here clic on packs, drums then kicks for example this one: click, drag and drop it, that's one way to add new sounds to the channel rack, also let's add an instrument right click on a channel, insert

and select FL Keys FL keys, if we remember, is a piano

Ok, now I'll show you how to make basic beats on the channel rack you can keep adding new sounds or instruments, but first, we need to make some basic adjustments. Ok, first things first these buttons are known as: "Step secuencer", In other words, there are 4, 8, 12 16 steps in total that will repeat when reaching the last one

If we select here the "Pattern Mode" and press play you will see it reaches 16 and start over again Ok, and if you click on any of these "lights" or buttons, we are telling the program: "When the timeline reach this point play the sound assigned to this channel" Let's press play

sounds messy. With left click you turn on the button and right click turn it off If you keep pressed any of them you can activate or erase many at the same time. Now let's add a kick at the beggining of each of the 4 divisions, and press play.
