-It is so nice to meet you. Congratulations on "House of the Dragon." Season three hit 34 million viewers per episode. [ Cheers and applause ] Can you even imagine that? -I can't count that high. -No. Yeah. -Yeah, yeah. Um, best not to think about it, I think. Yeah. You're incredible in the show

and you've gotten great reviews for it. Well deserved. I was talking to you earlier about the audition, and do you have any memories about the audition. And did you know what you were auditioning for? -So I didn't, but I think normal people would have known. Uh, like I-I got like -- It says like "Untitled Project" and you get some sides that are

sort of they're like in the genre, but they're not -- they're not from the -- they're not from the script. And so I thought it was like a, I don't know, like "Game of Thrones," like spoof thing, um, like something piggybacking off of "Game of Thrones." -Like a rip-off. Like, oh, right. We wish we were "Game of Thrones."

-Yeah, yeah. -Not actual. -But, um, yeah, so I did some self-tapes whatever. And then I had a -- [ Chuckles ] I had a call with the showrunners and I had very short hair, I had like shorter hair than I have now, and they said, "Have you got a wig?" -That makes me laugh.

I think that was because -- -They couldn't imagine it. It was unimaginable. -They go, "Do you have any wigs that you could read to us--" -Yeah, yeah yeah yeah. And you go -- -Also, it was 2020. So it was like the middle of lockdown. And so only supermarkets were open. -Yeah. -And, like, I don't know anybody either.

So I said, "Yes, I can do that for you. It's no problem." -So what did you do? -So, I had like a -- so I had a bag of hair. [ Laughter ] -I'm just letting the authority -- I'm just letting the authorities know that you're here. -Yeah, yeah. In my own color.
