So, this is Leo. I just got off an interview with him and he is an AI content creator that makes 100 to 200 thousand dollars profit every single month. Last month he did 200 thousand dollars profit. He just beat it for March, too. I'm recording this on the 1st and I've known him for about 6

00:16

months. We've worked together. I've trained him up. He's worked for the brands that I manage and in literally 6 months from virtually zero experience, he's gotten to this point, which is absolutely insane. He was just a nursing student living at home, totally normal dude uh in his 20s and now he's probably going to go on to make at least a

00:34

million dollars profit this year using [music] this business model. Again, he didn't have any experience when he started. He just put his head down, grinded, learned from us, followed the courses, followed the resources, learned from me and now he's changed his life literally forever. I genuinely cannot believe that I'm about to share this

00:49

with the internet, but the numbers and results that we've been getting with this business model are just so insane that I would feel bad if I did not share it with everybody. So, for the past year my team and I have been running this up basically in the shadows. We invented this. We've mastered it. We've been

01:05

going absolutely crazy with it recently and it's time to share with you guys. So, you've probably seen all the people on social media talking about these AI pages, these AI influencers that print cash, go crazy viral and make an absolutely [music] insane amount of sales. And you'll notice that you have all these people all across the

01:21

internet, especially on Twitter, claiming they know this or that, they run this page, they make this amount of money with these AI pages. And the truth is that the vast majority of the pages you're seeing on social media belong to our team. We're the ones who've been doing this for the past 2 years. We run

01:36

the majority of the big pages in the space and we've been trendsetters since day one. And so, when you see someone showing, you know, some big AI influencer page, be sure they actually own it because most likely they don't. They're just trying to get clout from it. But they are not lying about one

01:49

thing. These pages are making tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands in profit every single month. And they're all ran by normal people just like you and me, that started some as recently as a month ago with no previous experience at all. And if you haven't seen this, if you have absolutely no

02:05

idea what I'm talking about, let me fill you in. For the past year, myself and my co-founder Jevo, I put some dumbass photos of us, but we have been running and scaling the biggest AI creator team on the planet. Between us, we're managing, training, and scaling a team of 500 plus creators, all making AI

02:20

content and printing cash. The creators make AI content as affiliate for brands. So, they're They're promoting a brand's product and they're getting paid commission for it. And we're responsible for hiring and training up completely normal people, just like you or me, turning them into absolute killer affiliate marketers, AI creators, and everything in between. Just like these

02:37

guys and girls on your screen who are making 10, 20, 30, 50, 100K a month, you know, 5, 6K a month within just a couple months of starting, or just adding 2 or 3K a month in income to help out with whatever they want. So, what is the business model? What is AI content

02:51

creation? What is being an AI content creator? What is it? Well, it's this video I have right here. And this video and this page is how one of our creators was able to make $202,000 in the month of February. He just beat it in March, by the way. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to break it

03:06

down A to Z, so you understand exactly how it works, why it works, how you can replicate it yourself, and maybe even make something better. I just want to give a quick disclaimer that this page I'm about to show is from a creator who's hitting uh 50 to 60K consistent months, and he gave me permission to

03:21

show his page. The 200K month creator in question is currently on an insane generational run, and so we actually just cannot leak his page to the public. You know, there are a lot of people in the space who just sit around and copy our videos. So, as soon as he gives us permission, I will make a case study

03:37

with his exact account, but the principles are the exact same, and their accounts are actually really, really similar. So, everything I break down from this account is going to apply, you know, across the board for this business model, and 50, 60K months are not too bad, either. So, let's start by actually watching the video together.

03:54

>> Drink for your kidneys ain't alcohol, and it ain't soda, neither. It's something worse than that. Sitting there right there in your fridge right now. That one drink is wearing on your kidneys out faster than alcohol ever could. And if you drink it, baby, that ain't your fault. The television and the news made folks

04:12

think it was safe. That stuff is made in a chemical factory. It's rough on your kidney cells. It's packed with that high fructose corn syrup, and it's full of caffeine that shoots your blood pressure up and dries your body out, making your kidneys work even harder. Then they put preservatives in it like sodium benzoate

04:30

that can turn into benzene, the same chemical they use to make plastic, right inside your body. If you still ain't caught on, baby, I'm talking about them energy drinks. Folks don't realize how much damage those drinks do to the kidneys. And once that damage start, your body has a hard time fixing itself.

04:51

Now, people say, "Don't they give you energy and vitamin?" No, ma'am. No, sir. They don't give you energy. They steal it from your future. They shut off your brain's tired signal and push your body too hard. Your kidneys stay stuck in fight or flight mode, getting all drained little by little from the

05:07

inside. But there is one thing I always tell my people to use to help clean and support the kidneys. It's called soursop. Soursop helps the kidneys because it's rich in antioxidants, potassium, and fiber. Things your kidneys truly need. But you got to be careful, sugar, cuz all soursop ain't the same. Most of what you see out here

05:27

is grown in poor soil. You want soursop that's rich and strong, straight from Africa or Asia where it come from naturally. That's why I only trust one brand. It's got soursop, black seed oil, moringa, and 12 more powerful herbs. It's made with high-quality ingredients and tested right here in the US. And every ingredient in it got real studies

05:52

showing it's saying it does what it say. If you don't believe me, just go read the reviews on Amazon. Real people telling real stories. But listen here, baby. >> Okay, I'm going to pause it there. So, there's two main things going on here that you need to understand. So, first is what I call the front end, which is

06:08

the character, the AI influencer themselves, and secondly is what they're saying, which is the script, and I'm going to break that down for you guys. Second is the back end, which is just how they generated the video, what softwares they used to make it look real, how they did the product plug, all

06:21

of that. Now, let's break down the front end, the character, and the script A to Z together so you guys understand, because that's the real sauce, the real skill, the real talent. And I'm about to show you guys exactly how it works. So, here we have a screenshot of the character, and it's actually really

06:35

important who the person is. Now, what you need to understand about this AI era is that this video could be made in real life, right? But you would have had to, you know, find [snorts] this actor, pay them to make the video, give them the script, you know, revise it multiple times, pay them for usage rights, all

06:53

this kind of stuff that has a high barrier to entry, costs a lot, takes a lot of time. But they were able to make this video in probably 10 minutes max. But you can't just put any random person on here with a script and expect to make sales. There's actually a lot of sauce

07:06

behind who this character is. So, to start, they're very relatable to the demographic, right? This is the type of person that we would be wanting to sell the product to, right? They might look like this, they might be the same age. All these types of things make the character relatable to the person who

07:23

would buy the product, right? If I'm going to buy something that is meant for me, you know, for for my my demographic, then I'm going to trust someone who looks and sounds like me more than I would trust, you know, someone of a a totally different demographic who's trying to tell tell to take the product,

07:40

right? Cuz you're going to trust people who look like you, who sound like you, who you can relate to, especially when, you know, that product is something that they're saying they're using. And the next thing is that it's an very authentic character, right? She's just sitting in her car. She looks nice. She

07:54

looks normal. She has a, you know, normal outfit on. And so, it really looks like this person just got in their car and recorded their video. The car recorded, you know, authentic video is is a a format that's worked for literally generations. And so, that's a tried and true format that you can

08:11

always run. And the last thing, and this is honestly the hardest one, is authority, right? So, like I said, it's very authentic. She's just wearing a, you know, normal outfit. She's a normal normal person. She's just sitting in her car, but she still has authority, right? The way she speaks, the terminology that

08:26

she uses, and the way she says it actually does a lot more than you would think, right? It's the difference between, you know, someone trying to sell you something and they're just a normal person sitting in their car making a video and you're like, uh, you know, I don't know if this person really

08:41

has my best interest in mind. I don't know if I can trust them. I don't know if they know what they're talking about versus someone who you wouldn't think twice about buying a product from. And there's a lot of little niche things that go into that, you know, a lot of high-level copywriting stuff that I'm

08:54

not going to get super in-depth into today. But, being able to make a character that is relatable and has authority is one of the highest leverage things you can do in this game. You know, if this was just some, like, 20-year-old girl in the video, it wouldn't be relatable. It wouldn't be authentic. And they would have no

09:10

authority at all. And so, that's why this character is so good, and that's why this video converted insane. Now, the next thing is the script. Let's talk about that. I'm going to use Talk Script to transcribe the video and put it in the Google Doc. So, to start off, let's look at the hook, right? The first thing

09:24

this does is it counters a belief that the viewer probably already has by saying that the most dangerous drink for your kidneys ain't alcohol and it ain't soda, neither. You're immediately combating their belief by saying something surprising, you know, what could be worse for your kidneys than alcohol or soda? You're giving them a

09:39

little bit of worry that they might be consuming that, and then you're making the character seem very authentic by using terminology that matches their person, right? It's supposed to be like a warm, friendly grandma, and so she's using terminology that makes the character authentic, right? It's not just how the character looks, like I

09:57

said, it's how they speak, what they say, how they say it. And then it's something worse than that. Like I said, what could be worse for your kidneys than alcohol and soda, and now they're worried, am I consuming that? And then sitting there in your fridge right now immediately confirms that fear, you

10:11

know, what am I drinking that could be worse for my kidneys than alcohol? Especially if you're targeting, you know, kind of a more holistic, health-conscious audience who might not be drinking alcohol at all or might not be drinking soda. Now they're worried that they are doing something bad. Now, like I said, knowing your audience,

10:26

right? You're targeting a health-conscious audience, and they're most likely into esoteric stuff already. So telling them, if you're drinking it, it's not your fault, you know, the the television and the news are making you think it's safe. It's kind of like a, you know, big pharma sort of conspiracy angle of like, oh, they're putting bad

10:42

stuff in, you know, our energy drinks without us knowing, and now you've created this sort of enemy, right? You have this this drink that's the enemy that people are worried about, and then you have this enemy that's, you know, whatever, tricking peop- tricking them into drinking it or putting bad ingredients in it or whatever. And then

10:57

all this is doing is making the problem massive, right? You're exaggerating the problem. Honestly, it's not an exaggeration at all. All of this is true about energy drinks, but you're using strong language, you're explaining it in a way that makes sense to them, and you are building up the problem a lot, right? Now they need to know, you know,

11:14

how do I get off of energy drinks? What's an alternative? All of this stuff. There's no way that they're leaving the video until the end at this point. You've gotten them in with the hook, you've gotten them interested, you've gotten them a little bit worried, you've said something that's relevant to them, and then now you're making the

11:28

problem feel massive so that there's no way they're going to leave without buying the product. You have to remember this is direct response, okay? You're getting audience who's never heard of this product before. They have no idea who you are and the only thing they're going to do after watching the video is

11:43

go directly to Amazon and buy the product. That's why you have to build up the problem. That's why you have to do all these mechanisms to be sure that the only thing that they're going to do they're not going to keep scrolling. They're going to immediately go and click the affiliate link and buy the

11:54

product. So then the next part is just revealing that it's energy drinks. People don't realize how much damage they do. Um and then now you're setting up for the product plug a little bit more strongly. Once that damage starts, your body has a hard time fixing itself. And then they steal it from your future. Uh

12:10

they shut off your brain tired signal, right? Basically explaining why it's bad and you're sort of pre-combating the objection of like, well, I need energy drinks to wake up or I need energy drinks when I go to work, right? And so you're basically explaining not only does it have all these chemicals that

12:24

are bad for your body, but it's actually not making you more energetic. It's just making you less tired and it's actually bad for your body. So now you're kind of combating that objection cuz most people if you tell them energy drinks are bad, they're like, yeah, I know, but I but I need it. So you're kind of calling them

12:38

out on that. And then here is the product plug, right? You're basically setting up to say that, you know, sort of instead of energy drinks and to help um you know, fix some of the damage and and basically just to help your body, you're going to you know, take this this product. I'm not going to go super

12:52

in-depth into the CTA, but you know, this is a a slightly conspiracy, slightly educational video and this one absolutely printed and converted very highly. Now that we've explained the front end, I'm going to show you guys the back end, which is how to generate this video, how to make it yourself at home. So you're going to be able to

13:07

generate the image in Gemini. You actually don't need to pay to counter anything like that. Um Gemini uses Nano Banana as their image model. It's made by Google, obviously. Um and you don't even need the pro version to make images that are like this. So all I did here was literally upload a screenshot of the

13:22

video and I said, make a similar image, but turn her into a man and have him wearing a white collared shirt. And we need to remove the the captions and the icons. So I said remove the text and audio icon. And we have a similar version, but it's a guy in a different

13:34

outfit, but I wanted to try and make something new, not copy this video one-to-one because you're never going to go viral that way. I decided to make him sitting at a kitchen counter, have some herbs and stools. You know, this kitchen looks really good, looks nice, looks like he knows what he's talking about.

13:47

Um, but it was a little bit too professional looking. It kind of has some color grading. So I said make it a more casual iPhone style photo. And now this is ready to uh to produce. So now that you have your character, your base image, you're going to create your voice. I didn't want to recreate it

14:01

one-to-one because you are never going to go viral and make sales that way. So I decided to put him uh in a kitchen sitting on a wooden stool with some fruits and herbs. Very nice looking kitchen, looks like he knows what he's talking about, has some esoteric stuff going on. Um, but it was a little bit

14:15

too professional, right? A little bit color graded. So I said make it a more casual iPhone style photo. And now we have our base image. So the next thing we need to do is go and create his voice. So we're going to head on over to Eleven Labs. Their text-to-speech function is the best in the game right

14:31

now, and it's super affordable as well. So we're just going to paste our script in. I'm just using the same script that we took from the Instagram video for this example. Um, and then you can choose from a variety of voices, or you can create a custom voice with a prompt, or you can copy

14:46

someone's voice, which I wouldn't recommend doing cuz of legal reasons. But the best thing you can do is create a new voice. So you're going to want to go to voice design, design an entirely new voice. And then you basically use a prompt like you would with AI. I'm not going to go super in-depth into this,

15:00

but they give an example here, right? You can ask ChatGPT to help you create um a voice that matches the character, run it a couple times, listen and test and see if you think it looks authentic or sounds authentic for the character that you're using. So now once we're done creating a voice, you can also use

15:14

one of the presets, they're pretty solid, too. Um, you know, we have our script, we're just going to generate speech and wait for it to output an audio file of speaking. So, it generated the speech, we're able to play it, give it a listen. I'd probably work on the voice a little bit more,

15:29

maybe try running it a couple times with the different speed, stability, or maybe voice prompt, but just for the purposes of this example, we're going to move on to actually generating the video out of our character and our voice, which is the most important part. So, we're going to head over to HeyGen, which is the

15:43

best model for talking head type of videos where you just have a character sitting and talking, which is the majority of what we do. So, we're going to create our AI avatar, and we're going to upload a photo. So, after adding our character, we are going to add our voice. It's going to ask you to add a

15:58

voice for the character. That doesn't really matter, we're going to replace their voice when we generate the script. So, now we have our character here. So, we've uploaded our character, we have them in our HeyGen. We're going to select him and make a video. So, now we're going to do We're not going to

16:11

type our script and use his voice, we're going to upload our custom audio that we just made in ElevenLabs. Now, it's going to transcribe the script so that it can add it to our character and have him speak. Now, you are going to want to use the Avatar 4 model, which you have to

16:25

pay for. It is very important that you use Avatar 4 if you want to have high-quality generations, high-quality audio, high-quality lip sync, high-quality motions. It is absolutely crucial. All right, now we're going to generate everything and see how it comes out. HeyGen is also crazy fast. There's other models that are good like VEO,

16:43

Playing, SeaDream, but most of them take a long time to generate individual clips and then put it together to one full video. So, this is going to be the best investment for your time and money. And this is also how a lot of our top creators scale to 100-plus accounts, you know, 100, 200 videos every single day

16:59

using VA editors, cuz with HeyGen, it's the only way to do it fast enough. So, you could have your images ready, your character saved on HeyGen every single time, just uploading the voice in ElevenLabs. You can get this entire process down to like 5 minutes if you're good. And that's how we have people who

17:13

have literally automated their entire setup, which which crazy. And that's why I said the real sauce comes from the script writing and that marketing ability, which you can 100% learn in 1 to 2 months with no problem. So, here we are with the video fully generated. I'm about to play it for y'all real quick.

17:29

>> The most dangerous drink for your kidneys ain't alcohol and it ain't soda, neither. It's something worse than that. Sitting right there in your fridge right now, that one drink is wearing your >> I won't play the whole thing, but you can see it is eerily similar to the original. Now, I did mention that the

17:43

voice could probably use a little bit of tweaking, um but you can see that, you know, we got this guy here, we got him in his kitchen, he's got the herbs, he's got the plants, all this stuff, and he's going to explain exactly why you need to buy the product. This one creator has

17:56

ran up hundreds of millions of views, literally millions of followers, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in profit. Not to mention all the other creators who are doing the exact same thing. And like I said, people who are making, you know, 3, 5K a month as well, doing this on a smaller scale or they

18:11

have a full-time job or whatever. The guy who runs this page literally bought a [ __ ] G80 off of this page, with buckets, too, of course. No poverty specs around here. Now, if you're wondering how they actually make money off of these videos, I mentioned a little bit that they're working with

18:25

Amazon brands, right? You saw the product in the video, but how does it actually work? So, these videos are pushing to an affiliate link in the bio of their TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages. And they are working with massive brands that do millions of dollars a month and have tens of thousands of

18:39

positive reviews. Products that are perfect for this type of content, brands that are begging to pay out money for creators, and brands that, like I said, have tens of thousands of positive reviews, so the conversion rate is crazy high. Not only is he printing off of commissions, but he's getting paid $5,000 a month on a retainer, basically

18:55

a salary, to keep posting, and that helps cover any potential low months, helps him cover scaling costs to hire editors, and it just adds like some consistent reliable month-to-month income. But, obviously, that's a drop in the bucket compared to what he's earning. And this creator is really consistent, too. Uh he's been doing like

19:12

uh 50 to 60k for the past six or seven months now. And that's really the magic of this, right? When you grow a big page like this, it's digital real estate. The brands will pay you to post there every single month outside of just commissions. He'll never be broke again as long as he has this page. But the

19:26

thing is that it is hard to find brands to work with. Now, you can go on Amazon and get an affiliate link for random products, but you'll only get around 1 to 2% commission. And then maybe if they are looking for creators, they'll have a 20% commission link. But our brands, the brands that we work with, the biggest

19:43

brands in the space, and the ones who actually understand this business model and are looking for creators, are paying out between 100 and 200% commission on every single sale. How is that possible? How are they paying more than a sale is worth? Well, they understand spillover, they understand lifetime value, and they understand subscriptions, right? Adding

20:00

a new customer to a brand who came, knew nothing about the brand, and then became a subscriber is worth so much money to them, which is why they're paying so much for these creators and this concept. But it's very hard to just go create for these brands. That's why they only give out 1 or 2% commission on

20:15

their Amazon affiliate links, because they don't want random people promoting the product without having some sort of connection to them, right? Without working directly with them. You know, they don't want random people making crazy claims or making the brand look bad, which is why we connect you guys to the brand. And that's why in return they

20:30

pay out the creators so much money. Just last month alone, the brands that we work with paid out $600,000 in total commissions to our creator team. And that's across four or five different brands. All of them are massive, thousands of reviews, everything. But that's why I said monetization is the hardest part of this, right? You can go

20:46

on and get 1 or 2% commission from random brands, or you can go promote the biggest brands paying out the most, right? So this is what uh Amazon dashboard looks like for this creator who made 200k in February. Uh he tracked um about 267k in revenue. It's actually a lot lower for the product, right?

21:05

Because on Amazon you get commission for everything that people buy in their cart as long as they clicked your link first. It's like a 24-hour or 48-hour attribution period. So, he had about 190k in product sales and he got paid out 200k profit. That's 190k in revenue for 200k profit. You will not get that

21:23

from random brands and random clients. And so, that's why I'm saying that monetization is the biggest bottleneck here. Now, like I said, we've been running this game up for the past 2 years, but it has hit an absolutely insane golden age in the past 6 months. The brands we work with are paying out

21:38

500, 600k every single month to their creator teams, to normal people who learn this skill with zero experience and most of them started in the last 6 months. All right, people like Brady who started 45 days ago and our coaches taught him to get to a 10k profit day. And he started 45 days ago. And the

21:56

craziest part is that he only did like 10 million views that entire month. So, crazy conversion rate. Um Tank is over here. That's his account that I was showing. 45 to 50 to 60k profit months, bought a G80. And also fire results for people who are in high school. Still have a 9-to-5. Like Neil, bro. Hits his

22:15

9-to-5 every single day. Goes to the gym. Never skips the gym every single day. Literally second month he got a 2k bonus, right? So, he's easily adding on some extra income. Or Lucas in high school got a 2k bonus or 2k commissions. Finley started, I think on his third month, um 4.5k. And you can see he says

22:33

8.3k altogether. So, these are 100% normal, super achievable results, right? You know, obviously the people who are getting 60k, 100k, 200k months is their full-time, right? They're super locked in. They're top-tier marketers. But they're super, super achievable results within just a couple months, right? And that's really the beauty of it is that

22:50

you can replace your job income. You can add a little bit of extra money on the side just in your first 1, 2, 3 months. And then over time you can go all in on it, get good, go full-time if you want or just do it as a side hustle. Like I said, these are just some random ones

23:03

that I grabbed from the past month, maybe 2 months. You know, all of these, all the ones up here, I literally just went to our wins channels and grabbed a few random ones. We literally have, you know, I think 100, 120 people who are actively doing 10K plus a month. And like I said, count how much more people

23:20

who are just, you know, adding a little bit extra to their income or or replacing their job income. So, why am I sharing all of this? Why am I sharing the sauce? Why am I showing you guys how to make the videos? You know, why am I explaining to you guys how to hop on the

23:31

brands? We are sharing it because we desperately, desperately need more creators to train up. We need more normal people, just like me or you, who are trying to make a little bit of extra cash on the side while they're in college, you know, in high school, or while they have a job, or they're trying

to go full-time, you know, start a real business in the online money space. And every single type of person that I just described can easily do so with this business model. We have people who are 16 making money. We have people who are in their 50s making money. And we desperately, desperately need more

24:00

creators. Because like I said, the brands are here, the brands want to spend money, the brands are spending 600, 700K a month on the creators, and they want more. Like they want more sales for their brand. And so it's a win-win situation, right? You don't have to jump into some business model that

24:14

costs a ton of money up front. You don't have to go put yourself on camera. You don't have to go sell to clients, right? Or run a service business, or have fulfillment. You can just be an affiliate. And we'll pay you from day one to do this, which is why we offer retainers to beginners. 300 to $500

24:28

retainers to post videos every single month as a brand new beginner with no experience. And then as you get good, you start printing from commissions, higher retainers, all that kind of stuff. But like I said, I'll say it the last time. We have 20 plus brands begging for more creators, begging to pay out more money to the creators. But

24:45

like I said, it is very hard to get connected with these brands on your own. It's one of the hardest parts. They only want to work directly with us because they know we provide good quality creators, we provide the training, and we are going to uphold the standards that they want for the content. And we

24:59

literally hold your hand through this entire process. And so if you want to get access to the exact blueprint, the exact sauce, the lessons, the hand-holding, the coaches, everything we've used to get literally 100 plus zero experience beginners to 10k plus per month. If you're ready to change your life this year, if you're ready to

25:16

throw away everything that's been holding you back all this time, if you're ready to lock in finally on the best business model that you can hop on, the one with the most longevity, the one that's easiest to come up on, and the one that is literally making kids print cash, then hit the link in the

25:32

description and apply. Yes, apply. We do not take everyone. Like I said, the brands trust us to work with them because we bring them high-quality people who actually want to lock in and want to make money and want to learn. So apply for AI Creator Lab, book a call, and I'll see you there.
