Baorix Construction Company. In this tutorial we will go through step by step the complete control of a construction project, from the project portfolio to the final profitability using a demonstration construction company with five real projects. We started at the Construction Command Center. Here you see the company's executive summary . active works, contracted value, what has been executed, actual cost,

projected margin and average progress. Below you have all the ecosystem modules connected to your projects and the projects that require attention. Your portfolio is in Projects. Each project displays its code, location, contracted amount, status, and percentage of progress. From here you can create a new work or access any existing work to work in detail.

We opened the Bahía residential tower. The structure tab is the foundation of everything. You divide the work into phases and within each phase you record the items with their unit and quantity. This structure is what then connects the budget, costs, and physical progress. The schedule outlines the activities with start and end dates, dependencies

between them, and the critical path. This way you know which overdue task is dragging down the rest of the work. The budget is the heart of control. Each line item includes its description, the type of resource, the item it belongs to, the quantity, the unit, and the unit price. The system totals the approved budget

and leaves it as the official version, which you can duplicate or export as a PDF. Every work changes. In change orders you record each modification with its reason, the cost impact and the additional days. Upon approval, the current budget is automatically updated, and traceability is maintained of who approved it and when. In costs you see what's really going on
