yesterday you heard first the vision of our conference, what we're trying to do with this thing, this summit. Um it came out of a joint research project between ADL and UT. We looked at how to enable IC to happen in the United States. What are the enabling questions that need to be solved? And that is what you'll hear

a lot today is those questions. There's seven questions. This is the first one. So when we go through this, we're going to try to give you practical insight. It's it's not punditry. It's more I've got three of the smartest people from their p uh in in their fields relatively speaking. We've got a manufacturer,

we've got a GC, we've got software, and they're going to try to get to the bottom of the question. How does it does does this field how does AEC have to change what it does to successfully deliver IC at scale and uh you know economically. So uh we like to say Colby and I say a

lot there's plenty of work to do. We just have to change what we're doing. Uh so without further ado I'm going to uh start asking some questions to try to get to the bottom of this uh what what we think is a critical question. What has to change? And I'm going to start
