again for another video this is the fourth video in my series of chapter 3 of women who run with wolves and this will be the fifth section of the chapter it's a wonder I didn't confuse myself just today but yeah I'm really enjoying putting out these videos especially on a daily basis I'm really enjoying like

making this I'm it's currently all the same day so I don't know how this is turning out but I'm enjoying putting them together as I'm putting them together if you guys are interested in seeing the next video or if you guys have been following along and you're interested in continuing to follow along

obviously I need to be that same type of way and it's just been teaching me not to look at things as hiding presenting yourself in a way that you know other people will be able to recognize what you're presenting it's like it's like making art like you make art based on your own feelings and based

on expressing yourself but you make it in a way that other people will be able to identify what you're trying to say as well and good art is able to be identified with so it's the same with presenting yourself you present yourself in a way that other that you want other people to identify with the second chore

of the Baba Yaga was the chore of sweeping the hut and the yard a wise woman keeps her psychic environment uncluttered she accomplishes such by keeping a clear had a clear place for work working at completing her ideas and project for many women this task requires that they clear out a time each day for

contemplation for a space to live in that is clearly their own with paper pens paint tools conversations time freedoms that are for this work only for mini psychoanalysis contemplation meditation and the taking of solitude and other experiences of dissent and transformation provide this special time and place for the work each woman has

her own preferences in her own way if this work can take place in Baba Yaga's Hut so much the better even near the hut is better than far away in any event though one's wildlife must be kept an order on a write on a regular basis it is not good enough to go to it

for one day or for a few or four years a woman's soul work is nothing less than her career for education her family life or her creative life or whatever she showed chooses and as she initiates into that soul life she begins to concrete her evident importance and the need for consistent time and effort in these soul

work journeys I ask my girlfriend's this all the time and I ask them this because it's something that my mom has always asked me and she taught me to give a thoughtful answer to this question and an actual response to it just as I asked of my friend but the question is basically what have you been thinking

about lately what are you building yourself currently and what is moving you lately you have to be able to answer all three of those questions with a deep thoughtful response at every single point of your life because that is having consistency with your soul journey and if you can answer those questions like that for yourself that is

that means that your soul journey is you know full and fruitful and moving the next the SC says is actually to sweep the premises means not only to begin to value this non superficial light puts a care for its orderliness sometimes women become confused about soul work and neglect its architecture until it is

taken back by the forest gradually the structures of the psyche are overgrown until they finally are but a hidden archaeological ruin in the psychic unconscious a psychical and critical sweeping will prevent this from occurring when women have cleared space the wild nature will be able to thrive better this is just very very true

personally my most common ways of delving into soul work that doesn't have to do with my mundane life because I actually I feel like I live like I feel like I've learned a lucky life because I actually do love the things that I do professionally because I I do work on the Internet

but I feel like the work that I do professionally is just honestly not like where my passion lies most of the time and so I have to keep like a balance between my passionate life and my work life and everything that I'm doing like or whatever you know in life and so like

things like this right now sitting down just on this YouTube video it doesn't make me any money or anything like that and this is what makes me feel good and it's the most important thing to me and I definitely feel awkward and like I'm not doing it well when I don't do it

consistently because then I sit down in front of the camera and don't know how to talk or yoga that's another thing like obviously when I don't do it consistently then I can't touch my toes and that's not good or drawing when I don't do it consistently I can't draw a stick figure so I have a lot of things

like that um or Spanish that just reminded me I have a practice Spanish in a really long time and I probably can't say hola anymore I found it like a country bridge in defense I need to do that one but it's very important to keep up with those things the sole work the next task the Baba

Yaga gave was the chore of cooking firstly to cook for the Yaga one lays a fire a woman must be willing to burn hot burn with passion burn with words with ideas with desire for whatever it is she truly loves it is actually this passion which causes the cooking and a woman's original ideas of

substance are what is cooked to cook for the Yaga one must arrange that once created life has a consistent fire underneath it so cooking is our passion but if you think of it like the way that they presented it you have to be consistent as you cook you can't just let the pot boil over and you also can't

just let the fire keep burning or it's gonna go out you have to consistently add fuel and instantly stir the second part says the fire bear's requires watching for it is easy to let the flame go out the Yaga must be fed there's hell to pay if she goes hungry so it is the

cooking up of new and completely original things of new directions of commitments to one's art and work that comes back continuously nourishes the wild soul these same things nourish the old wild mother and give her sustenance in our psyches without the fire our great ideas our original thoughts our yearnings and longings remained uncooked

and everyone is unfulfilled on the other hand anything we do which has fire with will please her and nourish us all also though beyond the actual act of cooking cooking also has to do with the delicacy of the ingredients and the taste of the food the book says additionally she learns that the wild mother must she

learns that the wild mother requires much nourishment in order to do her work baba Yaga cannot be put on a lettuce leaf and black coffee diet if one wishes close to her one has to realize that she has an appetite for certain things if one is to have a relationship with the ancient feminine one must cut cook up

much through these chores baba yaga teaches and the Vasa Lysa learns not to cringe away from the big the mighty the cyclicals the unforeseen unexpected the vast and grand scale which is the size of nature the odds the strange and the unusual that is in today's video I hope you guys enjoyed that section next I'll be moving
