even understood the overall context in which I was talking with my friend who spoke French and the only thing that caught his attention was a grammatical rule. And this grammatical rule, I don't even know how to explain it. You see, I tell him that it's just used like that and that's all. And what I found interesting about that

is that he tried to understand grammatical rules without necessarily understanding the language, which is very strange. But in healthcare, for example, we use grammatical rules all the time without necessarily realizing it because we are speaking directly with the person. So, we don't even think about which direct object, for example, indirect object complement, I should use in

the sentence. You see, it seems illogical. But anyway, all this to tell you that my Egyptian friend absolutely wanted to understand a single grammatical rule that I had used during my conversation with my other friend, and without understanding a single word of what we used during the long conversation we had because we

talked about many things, we also digressed a bit. But my question is, how can you expect to understand a grammar rule if you don't even understand the words in the sentence? You see, it seems illogical, I don't know, but anyway, I've spoken a little. In any case, I'm going to tell you what

differentiates these two groups of people. That is to say, the first group that has the impression of learning a language but in reality, it is learning in a vacuum, it is just concepts and all. And the second group, you see, is the performing group. And how can you be part of this group that performs so well and

can literally learn any language and become fluent in any language in just a few months ? And a few disclaimers, you do n't need to go to another country for example or just have a talent from birth, you just need to be consistent. And this isn't just theory because it's what I've personally used. I

applied this to myself to become fluent in both literary Arabic and English very quickly. First of all, know that you need three fundamental pillars which I will write down for you right here. You need to apply them in that order. I need to concentrate in order to write well. The first pillar. First of all, it's

the vocabulary. The second is pronunciation and the third, which comes last, is grammar. Ah, I'm writing like crazy but you didn't understand me. The majority of people start because they learned from school that they should start with grammar, which is totally illogical because you can't understand a language without understanding the words, and you will have even more

complications and difficulties understanding grammar if you don't understand the vocabulary itself, if you don't understand the meaning of sentences, the vocabulary, you can't understand grammar. What is illogical, grammar, comes right after. It's really to perfect the technique. So the first thing I said was to learn the vocabulary. Note that when I say

learn vocabulary, I don't mean learn vocabulary like at school. That is to say, you don't learn a vocabulary and then regurgitate it during the test and forget it a week later. What you're going to do is learn the vocabulary by association. When I speak by association, I mean rather by simple sentences made up of

two or three words that you will learn. In other words, these are roughly the phrases that will be useful to you. These are phrases that are useful in everyday life and are easy to remember. For example, in Arabic, we will learn three words that are very, very useful, and that is the case for every

sentence. We will say altib kataba kitab. This phrase literally means the writer has written a book. That is to say, these three words are from the same grammatical group, that is to say, they are from the same word family. In a way, what does the writer do ? He writes. And writing usually results in a book.

If you make the effort, for example, to put together 10 sentences made up of three or four words in the language you want to learn every day for a month, what you will do is that at the end of a month, you will have 30 or more or less 35 times 30 days, that

will give you a list of more or less 1000 vocabulary words. And if you continue this process for 12 months, that is, 1 year, at the end of that year you will have more than 12,000 different vocabulary words that you can use in any situation. And if after 10 or 12,000 vocabulary words, you still can't speak a

language. It's literally impossible because you literally have a book, a dictionary of vocabulary words, in your head. And on top of that, you took it by association. And now the second step to follow is listening. And when I talk about listening, I'm not talking about listening to Lingu's voice that literally reads the word to you in slow motion or to

Google Translate, I don't know. I'm talking about a normal voice speaking the language in a completely normal way. That is to say, these are the videos that you can find on YouTube or on websites. That is to say, they are native speakers who speak their language in a completely normal way. And you,

in your view of things, will see that he speaks very quickly when in fact he speaks normally. That's why it's a trap if you get used to people who speak slowly and the day you're confronted with someone who speaks the language in a completely normal way, you 'll say to yourself, "But he speaks super fast,

I never learned that." And that's the trap that most people fall into. That is to say, they learn a language at school and the day they go to the country in question where that language is spoken, they say to themselves, "Wow, I never learned that, it's too hard." No. Yes, that's normal, I'd

say because you're getting your brain used to listening to people who speak the language very, very slowly. But the best way to do that is to choose a topic that interests you. That is to say, it can be in science, it can be in mathematics, it can be in history, and you will type on YouTube in the

language you are going to learn the name of the subject or the name of the field, podcast or interview, and you will see people who speak in a totally normal way, and at first you will panic because these are things that you are not taught in school. That is to say, he speaks in a completely

normal way, but for you your brain, it cannot capture and assimilate the information because he speaks too fast. So I have to pause every video in addition to the accent that some people can use when they speak. You see, it can be hard, but it's especially hard at the beginning. But your receptors, that is to say

your ears, get used to it very, very quickly. That is to say, for a week you kill it completely and after a week it will be easier, which makes sense . The third step is repetition after listening. And 5 minutes a day applying total repetition, it sounds insignificant, we say it like that, but 5 minutes is

huge because 1, it's very powerful because you get your brain used to the language and in addition to that, it's every day. So, it's a snowball effect; it's huge while creating neural connections all over the brain. So what I advise you to do is to find on YouTube or on the internet, you

really have a multitude of resources, a speaker that you like, that is to say you like their way of expressing themselves, their way of articulating things and their way of saying things. And you copy it from A to Z. You're going to watch him speak, you're going to analyze him, you're going to try to understand

what he's saying, you're going to pause, you're going to repeat the same intonations, the same pause tones and the same oratorical tones. I have personally used this technique and it allows you to progress so quickly at the beginning because you literally copy things that work and things that someone else has taken years to learn but will take

decades to acquire. And what you're going to do is you're just going to take the essential oil, that is to say, you're just going to reproduce it at the very beginning and if you want afterwards, you can adapt another speaking style, that is to say you can literally do whatever you want. You can even change your

speaking style in whatever language you want. You just need to have the will to do it. But anyway, this exercise is super important because it literally kills five birds with one stone because, firstly, you improve your way of expressing yourself in front of people because you take the courage to express yourself out loud. By expressing yourself,

you create many neural connections in the brain. So, you have muscle memory, that is to say, language memory, linguistic memory which is forged. And also, you improve your pronunciation and the way you say things, that is, your overall accent in the language. After you have passed this stage of being able to reproduce a

person or a person's speech without stuttering or having a bad accent, that is to say, you reproduce exactly what they say, what you are going to do is you are going to take a subject at random, that is to say an interesting subject or even an uninteresting one, that is to say it could be

family, your dog, your cat, your horse or your giraffe and you are going to try to talk about this subject for 3 or 5 minutes in the language you want to learn, you are going to try to do this in total improvisation or by taking notes and trying to say and express the ideas. and the things

you think about. This exercise is very powerful because it allows you to create a lot of normal connections. It allows you to structure ideas in order to express them very clearly and precisely because it is an exercise in active vocabulary research that you apply through speaking. That is to say, you literally learn what you are looking for by
