I Coached Someone to Champion 1. Why Can’t I Get Someone to Plat?

Everyone, this is Wizard, and I recently started a 90-day coaching challenge, and here's how it's been going so far. So, as you can see, we have about 20 students that me and my team are coaching, and we sorted them by their initial rank, their rank prior to coaching. So, we have students all the way from Silver 4

to Champion 3 before coaching, and as you can see, here is their new peak. So, the Champion 3 student was able to hit Champion 1, and that happens to be the rank one in A as well, and and I know that the last season, maybe the Champion 1 or the rank one was maybe not the best

representation in terms of their skill, but still he still managed to climb pretty fast and, you know, pretty well. On the other hand, if you look at the the V check mark, the goal reached mark, the players that are on the lower rank side actually tend to not reach their goal yet. On the other hand, the players

on the higher rank are more likely to reach their goal. And I thought this is pretty counter-intuitive to what a lot of people might be thinking, and that honestly surprised me as well, because a lot of people think like, "Hey, if you are already high rank, it is actually pretty difficult to rank up and get better. On the other

hand, if you're just Silver player or Gold player or Bronze player, you know, like ranking up should be so easy. Just use cover better or just do this simple thing, then you're going to be able to rank up. Why would you ever need coaching? Just watch some of the basic video on YouTube, and you're going to be

able to climb out of your your rank so easily." And I think that's pretty much like the common consensus that I see in Reddit, and there are whole other people who says like, "Oh, there's a yellow hell, and yellow hell is real. You can't really get out of it." So, I think this
