one single egg improve these markers by 47%. We're talking one egg per week. Now, imagine what having a couple eggs per day can do. And this isn't about the cholesterol, it isn't about the saturated fat, it isn't about the monounsaturated fats, it's about unique compounds in eggs. I'm going to teach you how to use eggs strategically based
on the new literature that we found. We're going to understand how you can add them into your diet, when you should add them into your diet, and what exactly they're doing. So, maybe we don't have to be afraid of them anymore. Eggs have been demonized for decades. Too much cholesterol, they're bad for
your heart. Then they were saying for a while we need to limit ourselves to three eggs per week, which a lot of people are still talking about. And yet a long-term study, like a really long-term study that followed over a thousand people, just found that eating two or more eggs per week, literally
even one egg if you really got down to it, was associated with a 47% lower risk of Alzheimer's. Now, we're talking nearly half. That is a significant decrease. So, either way we've had it completely backwards because there's something specific about eggs that we've really been overlooking. We've been focusing so much on the macronutrient
composition. The protein's great, all this and that, but we've been looking at it wrong. Because when I dug into this, what I found it wasn't just about eggs, it was about a nutrient that most people have never even really talked about much. It's a brain chemical that starts declining years before neurodegenerative conditions or Alzheimer's even shows up.
