Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. I am very pleased to be with you today. Academy, Gulf College in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and other institutes and academies in the Arab world. Praise be to God, I have been blessed to train more than 51 cohorts globally in Train the Trainers program, and this will be the 52nd cohort worldwide. Praise be to God, I have trained in many places, including most of the

governorates of Egypt, as well as in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Malaysia, and various other countries. Praise be to God, I have trained participants from more than 13 nationalities. Honestly, it will be longer than usual because regular Training of Trainers programs consist of four or five lectures, totaling around 20 or 24 hours. This naturally requires more detail and practical work. The advantage of the Training of Trainers Diploma over the regular program is, of course, the longer duration. We are supposed to have

10 lectures over three months, one lecture per week. There might be some breaks in between lectures depending on travel, as I move between different countries. The diploma program will be three months long, with one lecture per week. Ideally, it will be held on Friday evenings, taking into account that many students have MBA or DBA programs, whether at our academy
