collapsed 50some years of your life. You didn't see that coming, did you? >> No. [laughter] My big question is how can I get over or how can I deal with the huge fear that I have about getting [music] ill and dying a slow death. It kind of stops me from enjoying being with my family who I love

the primal prisons that act as the inhibitor for human beings to fully experience the joy that it is to be alive. And she really spoke to one of my quotes perfectly when I say that for the most part the only thing of real significance missing from anybody's life is themselves. This conversation really
embodies how at a very young age, one of the primal wounds that we all experience is where we abandon ourselves because we learn that the strategy of being safe [music] is to become who we think we should be in order for our parents to keep us under a roof [music] with food and
shelter and some sort of safety. And at that moment, albeit very subtle and energetically devastating, we cut ourselves [music] off from life.
