The three biggest lies about Ausbildung in Germany are circulating among content creators who don't understand these points, as well as students or applicants. They post them on Facebook or in Facebook groups. And these three lies are. The reason you waste a year, two, or three of your life without getting a contract or an apprenticeship . Believe me, if you find that you believed in one of them, know that you are wasting a lot of time for nothing without realizing it. Let me tell you something honestly. I myself have seen so many people. Whether those I trained or coached in the courses I offered recently. Or those I provided consultations for. Or even in the comments I receive. Or comments on other content creators 'channels. These people reached B1. And maybe even reached B2. And they speak German well. But when they apply, they get rejected. Or perhaps they don't get a response at all. So the problem here is not them. The problem here is three ideas or three lies they are convinced of. That's why I'm making this video for you. Because I want you to get these ideas out of your head. So you can take a step forward and get ahead of these people. The first lie is that the path is clear and easy. This, of course, is what other content creators promote. To this day, I don't know why. I can't understand how some content creators talk about Ausbildung. But they talk about it as if it's easy. That it's straightforward. These are the easiest Ausbildung fields, these are the highest Ausbildung salaries. But no one knows how to provide real content. To help this young person know what challenges they will face. What challenges they will face later on. What fields suit this person. There is nothing that suits—I don't see anything that suits everyone. It's not possible. Anyway. We try on our channel to provide the right content. That can be tailored to each person or. That gives ideas, and everyone can apply them to themselves and adapt them. There is nothing 100%correct. But you can definitely adapt the matter. So we said the first lie is that the path is clear and easy. You obviously think Ausbildung means making a CV and a cover letter. Preparing your documents, and emailing a company. Or finding a company, sending them an email, and you'll just get accepted. But of course , the truth is completely different. Ausbildung is not fixed steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 that if you follow, you'll get an apprenticeship. And this is what I know and am sure you are shocked by. Shocked by how you reached B1 or B2. You have a CV, you have a cover letter. You found companies and you know the websites to search on. And you even applied to companies, but there's no acceptance. Ausbildung, my friend, is an equation. This equation has other factors. I've been talking to you about them for a long time on the channel. This equation must include what you based your choice of specialization on. What is the right specialization for you? Is your language level appropriate for the specialization or not? For some specializations, I say it is mandatory. To have a B2 level. But I am telling you here that for other specializations , it is fine to have B1. You need to know what language level is suitable for your specific field. The timing of when you apply to companies. Are you applying at the right time? Company strategies. How to learn what the company offers, gather information about it, and write that in your cover letter. Understand what they provide, whether it's products or services. Do they sell, export, or import? Are they companies or hospitals? You must gather information to reflect that in your cover letter or Vorstellungsschreiben. Fifth is the application file. How did you prepare your application file? Are there any gaps or not? Are there any problems or not? Most of the people I trained or dealt with either had no CV at all. Meaning they hadn't written anything. No CV or cover letter worth mentioning. They might have made one, but in a way as if they were applying to a very simple company in Egypt, for example, or in Arab countries. Even for a simple company, that CV and cover letter wouldn't be appropriate. Or someone who is what we call overqualified. For instance, I had a person applying to a company with 14 years of experience. That is wrong and not correct. You make the company fear you. Being overqualified is completely different from being qualified. Meaning you should have experience, not excessive experience. So, how do I stick to the experience the company wants, rather than more than what they want? If you miss even one of these elements or don't understand it well, you are hindering your own application or acceptance into the Ausbildung. See the difference between saying it's an equation we must understand, versus fixed steps you think are it. Fixed steps. CV. Cover letter. Search for a company. Apply and you'll get accepted. And that is not true. But there is an equation you must understand. And start researching and diving deeper. The more you dive deep, the better experience you'll have. You'll be able to get accepted. Or search for companies. Knowing exactly which company might accept you. The second lie, which many people agree on. And we all used to believe it, or many people still believe it. That the Ausbildung is a travel opportunity. And this is the most, most, most dangerous widespread idea. Stay with me as I break it down for you. You have been deceived about many, many things. Many people treat the Ausbildung or. Traveling to Germany via Ausbildung as if it were a legal migration opportunity. Or a chance to travel to Germany. But German companies are looking for someone who wants to build a career. Someone who wants to build a professional path for themselves. Someone who truly wants to learn a profession. Someone who wants to learn something to build their life upon. And keep in mind, this will show in the way you interact. It will show. In your research, it will show. In your choice of companies, it will show. In your CV, it will show. In your cover letter. There is a difference between someone looking for any way to travel, period. So they look for a company to scam them and pay them a sum of money. And they go sell gold, land, or anything just to travel for the sake of it. And between someone who is looking to build a profession. To build a career in their life. To continue in it and succeed. So one is different from the other. Because what you think about and make decisions on will affect the path you are on. Or it will affect how you build your own path. From paperwork . From letters to the company. From everything. It will affect it very significantly. And the third fallacy is that if you apply and get rejected, you are unqualified. But that is not true, of course. I know there are many people who are truly unqualified. But if you really understand the path, as I have explained and provided courses to people. And talked to them about how to do it, and gave them some secrets. And showed them how to understand exactly where they stand and where they are. And whether they are ready to apply or not. If you are one of these people, you now know you are qualified. And if you applied and were rejected, never, never doubt yourself. Never doubt that you are unqualified, because in most cases, it doesn't work that way. I am qualified or I am unqualified. It works , or the method is, that the fault is not in you. The fault is in the way you are applying. Meaning it could be as we discussed earlier, that it is an equation, not fixed steps. So there might be something missing that you don't understand well and are doing wrong. You just need someone to tell you, "Watch out, there is an error here ." Once you correct it, God willing, acceptance happens immediately. So the issue isn't just about steps to follow to get accepted. No, the matter is bigger than that. But it’s not too difficult, and it's not impossible. It just requires focus, precision, and deep research from you. And to start writing down the ideas you have reached . "What should I do?""I should do this. " So, God willing, the matter is not difficult. And there is a small point I want to add, that knowing exactly where you stand in the equation. That is 50% of your success rate. But the bigger problem is not knowing where you are. You have no roadmap, you don't know where you want to reach with the German language. And you don't know when you will write a CV and cover letter, or how to do it. Nor do you know what you will do next. You don't know how to choose a specialization, what to base it on, or which departments suit you and your experience. You also don't know how to gain experience in your home country before looking for companies, so you can tell them you have some experience, even if it's minimal, or how much experience you need. If you don't know exactly where you stand, you will waste years of your life for nothing. In the end, you’ll come and say, "Oh, there’s no such thing as an Ausbildung; it's closed." No, that’s not true at all. Know where you stand and define your roadmap . With a map to follow, you will reach your goal faster than anyone else. That’s why I offer a path-defining session. I create a complete roadmap for you, where we cover everything. We talk about how to learn the language. Whether you are just starting out and thinking about Ausbildung, or you are already in the middle of it. We determine which level of German you need to reach. How I will help you, or how I can assist you in studying the German language. Where to find resources once you reach the required language level. How to write your CV and your cover letter. Then, what are the companies. And, of course, above all this, what is the right field for you. We choose one to three fields. Fields. If you are very specific, I mean really specific based on your studies. Then we choose one field. If you are "multi-passionate" as they say, although I don't like that term. But if you have several interests, we can choose one, two, or three fields at most. However, we create a plan for them, how to apply. To this one, when to apply to that one, and when to apply to the other. So, I want you to help me help you: write in the comments, what is the biggest thing holding you back and giving you a headache on your Ausbildung journey? Is it choosing the specialization? Is it the language? Is it the documents, like the cover letter and the CV? What exactly is holding you back? Write it in the comments so I can help you, or I will answer you right there in the comments. If you need anything, check the description; I’ve left resources for you there. I also interact with you in the comments, and sometimes I leave resources or files there. I’ll see you in the next video , God willing. Peace.
