If the entire financial management role is concentrated in the director's head, that's disastrous. Therefore, we need to aim for building a comprehensive system, both free and valuable. Then we proceed with decentralized financial management. Decentralized financial management is essentially decentralization, but the form is through a system called delegation. There are two types of delegation: the

first is where the person receiving the delegation is responsible for the capital and other charitable funds; the second is where we still provide the capital, but we implement it in the current context. The situation is what we call a changed business philosophy. Let's try to figure out how to make our company number one, so that it maintains its business facilities,
