oh beneath us um uh fall and for a moment the falls themselves a hundred feet tall reflect the face of sam's character sam would you go ahead and describe your character for us sure uh wow what face to describe uh uh i am a loquacious celie a changeling uh my my normal uh or should i say at rest uh appearance

is uh pale skin um white white eyes with sort of dark uh shading around them white hair uh in a sort of a up shock um if you look very faintly on the on the sort of gray skin of my face there are little uh sort of veins marblization tendrils of of of black that if you stared long enough

you'd see they sort of subtly move and shift constantly um he's wearing a uh a gold uh a gold jacket with a purple lining carries himself very high and mighty um and but this is a broadcast is it not this is very much a broadcast well uh as loquacius broadcasts uh to the

crystal columns of avalier uh before he uh begins his proclamations uh and heralds of the day his appearance shifts uh slightly the veins in his in his face sort of uh drip and move sort of like paint being drained out of a can and are uh replaced with other pigments and other colors his face becomes golden

as gold as his jacket and his hair becomes as purple as the lining of his jacket he's quite a sight to behold he he holds in his hand um is it a wand is it a rapier it's hard to tell it it's long and has something at the end of it like a

like bob barker's old microphone uh and he and he and he seems to speak into it it magically amplifies his voice across across the city of avalier um uh and whatever arcane and mechanical means he uses to broadcast himself are repeated over and over with a great echo across the city um that's who i am
