and the United States and Scott Besson said that operation economic outcasts based on sanctions and strangling Iranian and collapsing Iranian economy. How did you find the SEO summit which was totally silent? The the mainstream media was so silent about the SEO. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, this was an important meeting because u uh clearly you pointed

to the inclusion of India in signing the statement which condemned the United States and American policy both the war in Iran and Iran of course is a member of the uh SEO the and uh uh and also condemned operation outcast which um uh is the sanctions program by the United States. Since the United States doesn't

have any trade or financial dealings with Iran, we have chosen to sanction other people who do business with Iran. And it's very clear that the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Dishke are not prepared to cooperate with that. So I would say the major significance of the meeting uh is that uh the SETO is emerging as a

significant constraint on American power. Uh this is part of the process by of the collapse of American global hegemony that is going on. um a a transition uh and the NCO which uh which is basically a forum not really an organization. Um it is like the United Nations a place where people can meet to concert action
