The whole week is full of [music] marketing festivities, right? We have a mastermind group with all of the affiliates. We have a chance to go hang out by the pool and swim and jump in the ocean. Private time just to talk and to think and to to share ideas with each other. It all culminates to the end of the week

when we had a chance to go to Tony's brand new studio and everyone in the room had a chance [music] to ask Tony a question. And what's cool about this experience is like I was leaning off of the questions from all these other amazing people. Questions I hadn't even thought to ask, right? Things that were

not even on my radar. These guys were asking and I was able to go, "Oh, I I want that goal as well. I want that piece as well." >> What can I do to finally break that cycle? >> And I could see how that could be really >> [music] >> detrimental to my leadership.
