of the Senate being grilled before Congress about whether or not he had any contact with his brother. His brother was on the run, right on the lam. And he kept saying, "No." He's just staring. "No, I've had no contact with my brother. I haven't seen my brother in years. He's embarrassed our family.

We're ashamed of him. I don't know where he is." But not blinking at all. And so they would show us this video of his testimony as an example of what to look for in a liar. When people lie, they tend to blink less frequently.
