How are you trying to build specific positions so that they can get stronger and faster in the offseason? How are you trying to lay that out from a periodized perspective regarding nutrition and then overlaying that with their strength and conditioning? I really think the early off season is the time to focus on body
composition from a nutrition standpoint. There's no sport position, [music] whatever, that could not benefit from gaining lean tissue and or losing fat mass. How do I know if I have a mess of digestive tract? But then also, what can I do to improve that? Make note, hey, is there a certain meal or a certain food
you're eating where you just you're bloated, you're gassy, whatever, the food sitting heavier in your stomach longer than it should. There's sort of this myth that the more frequent meals is like stimulating your metabolism, and that's not true. They'll say like, "Cut my carbs." You know, well, carbs will do X, Y, or Z. The carbs are the devil.
