Hi dudes, I'm Brooke and I stole this video idea. Picture this. I was sitting in my office extremely hard at work and I had a podcast on to help me focus when I heard something that made my ears perk up like a dog. >> They're they're children of the Lord. >> They're children of the Lord.

So, here we are. And listen, I was not homeschooled. I went to public school until high school where I then went to a private Christian high school, which is effectively the closest thing you can get to being homeschooled through high school while also leaving your parents the alone during the day. So, you
might be thinking, Brooke, what gives you the authority to make a video about homeschooling? And to that, I say the mic, As an outsider to the homeschooling conversation, I've always had a pretty strong opinion about it, and that's that if a teacher needs a teaching degree and certifications to teach, it doesn't make sense to me that
someone's parent can just take on that job with no training or anything. And that doesn't mean there are not parents who do an incredible job with homeschooling their kids, especially when they're really young and you're just teaching them basic things. But I do typically think it's a disservice to the kids to homeschool middle and high
