All right, you guys. I'm super excited. I've got the three authors of a badass book called Biatra. It's right here in my beautiful hands, and it's a big book, but it's quite well uh easy to read. It's got nice uh goodsized text, which is great when you get to be my age. [laughter]
I don't like small text anymore. But, uh it's well illustrated, lots of graphs, lots of great information. Um the concept was interesting enough for me to accept the offer to write the forward. So I wrote one of the forwards and another forward by Gerald Pollock who most of you be familiar with. He's the
guy that identified the fourth phase of water. And this book is extremely well-rounded. And the reason I put my time and energy to writing the forward to it is because I think it's a very very important book right now in the world. one of probably one of the most important books out there because it is kind of like my book
How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy. It's weaving many of the key things together that are essential to a healthy, well-rounded life as a human being. And it covers areas that unfortunately a huge percentage of the population are detached from or unconscious of and it's costing them dearly. Um, and so the other thing I
like about the book is that it doesn't require a lot of technical equipment. Uh, you know, most of it's very nature-based. Um, there's a place in there where I see Nick using club bells, and I think you got the same club bells I do in my gym in there, Nick. But, uh, it's a beautiful book. So, if you're an
exercise professional, a health care professional, an athlete, or someone that just is genuinely interested in health and and well-being, I think it's a fantastic book.
