Hey guys, uh thanks so much for checking out my show. Really really appreciate everybody for watching. Appreciate everybody who has uh subscribed to my channel. Uh in this episode I am getting into the latest with the Menendez brothers and there could be a big update coming. Another parole hearing for them and it has now been moved up. Uh and in
this episode you're going to hear I spoke with their attorney Mark Garagos who has some interesting insight into why he believes they will get parole this time. why Governor Gavin Newsome could be involved. And then also in this episode, I am talking to someone who was actually in prison with Eric and Lyall
Mendez. Uh spent decades in prison and then he himself got parole. So he talks about his relationship with Eric and Lyall. Uh and then also he talks about his process uh in terms of getting parole now living on the outside, what that's been like. really just a really fascinating story because he was
convicted of a very very violent crime. Uh so I'm going to get into all of it uh in this episode of Brian Enson Investigates. All right guys, so the dates have officially been set for the Menendez brothers parole hearings where they will try to convince the parole board that they do deserve to go free.
Uh Lyy's hearing date has been tentative tentatively scheduled for February 23rd, 2027. Uh, and Eric's is the next day on February 24th, so beginning of next year. Uh, and this came out just days ago. The brothers have been in prison since they were convicted of murdering their parents. Uh, the story, I mean,
there's been documentaries about it and docue series. Um, the murders, they happened back in 1989, but the trial and sentencing was not until 1996. Uh, and since then there has been a wave of support for Eric and Lyall who say they suffered years of emotional abuse and physical abuse and even sexual abuse
