unless recorded and indicated in a title of document and it's applicability so an assignment isn't effectual against creditors I wonder who the creditors are unless it's recorded and indicated in the title of the document it'd be good to know what that is then we have the cancellation now we're talking cancellation of mortgages uh cancellation of mortgages

leans and judgments well guess what mortgages leans and judgments are all the same thing uh then you got a title insurer and a thing called a mortgage release certificate and then certain cancellations and satisfactions of mortgages validated all right so um now will it be uh uh cancelled the cancellation will be validated so I'm not going to spend a
