Ever since ChatGPT was publicly released in 2022, AI seems to be on everyone’s mind. So, what is AI? What is machine learning? And what do they have to do with networking? We’ll answer those questions and more in

are they, how are they related, etc. Then we’ll examine some different types of machine learning. Supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. We’ll cover how each of these learning methods works, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Then we’ll move on to predictive and generative AI, as well as their current and potential applications

to networking. Finally, we’ll cover some specific AI features of Cisco’s catalyst center. Since the CCNA is a Cisco exam, it’s always good to be familiar with Cisco’s own solutions.
