questions they had was what are we using these highinccome ETFs for anyways? And so I thought I would go over it because I have more than one strategy and more than one account. So first I'd like to let you know that I am the owner of yield.com. I do receive ad revenue from
that website. However, this video is not sponsored. So, the answer I gave on the XSpace is for this margin account. And until I had my job in July, from August 2025 to July of 2026, I was living off of this income or the income from this. And my expenses are quite high because I had to take out
a lot of loans and stuff for selling my condo. So, right now, like 100% of that was going towards bills, but now I have a job until November, at the end of November. And so, what I'm doing right now is I would really love to get that personal loan paid off by the end of September.
Then, I have a home improvement thing that is equal payments and 0%, but it's only $5,000 to get rid of a $300 minimum payment. And then I have a 0% credit card that I'd like to pay off half so that I can then transfer the other half and and continue doing that shuffle with
my 0% credit cards until I have my house paid off sometime next year. So right now my margin account is for um paying off loans while I am building up my margin buffer. like I'm balance I'm balancing the buffer and paying off my loans. That way when I am early retired again in December, I'll be in a
