Now that we've seen all the properties applied to flexible containers, it's time for us to start studying, in our 27th Chapter, the properties that apply to items inside flexible boxes. [Music] [Applause] Hello, how are you? Welcome once again to another lesson in your HTML CSS course. We're in chapter 27 talking about flexbox. We've already seen seven lessons, eight
lessons already, I'm a little lost. And in these first lessons you understood what flexbox is, what a flexbox container is, what a flexbox item is. We studied all the properties of flexbox containers, and from now on we're going to start seeing the properties that apply to the items, to the elements that are inside flexible boxes. It's
important to write this down: grab your notebook, there's always something to write down in the lessons, and I always recommend taking notes. When we create flexbox containers, the outside is flex and the inside isn't flex; the items aren't flex. But I can take an element, an item, or more than one item and
make them containers too, but... Okay, so I start to mess things up, I start to make it a little harder to see because I have a flexible box and inside the flexible box I have items that are also flexible. You can do that, but we're not going to work on that in this introductory course. We
're always going to work with the parent element being flexible and the child element not flexible. This will greatly facilitate your learning. My personal advice is that you'll have to learn about the elements and items being flexible, but practice a lot, do all the exercises in this chapter and the next chapters of this course
