Hi Neil. How are you? I'm very well thank you, Georgie. Are you enjoying your coffee? I am, but it's got a bit cool now. I prefer my coffee hot, but... oh well! Are you enjoying yours? I've finished mine. Oh, that's a shame. It's a sad moment when I've finished my second coffee of the day,
