Cloud Colwork can now run real workflows on autopilot using their new scheduled tasks feature. For example, it could send daily status updates to a Slack channel and integrate with a support ticketing system in the process. Or it could open up your browser and start doing work on your behalf. Or it could create reports and presentations
directly on your file system. This is all handled by Cloud Colwork's scheduled tasks feature. And while the interface might look pretty simple from here, it's actually pretty powerful when you dig into it. Up until now, we've been using Colwork as an assistant. We get it to do something by sending it a prompt, and
then it goes off and does the work. But now, whenever you've identified a task that you want Colwork to run on autopilot, you can ask it to create a scheduled task for that. It will then appear within the scheduled task window, and that could handle all sorts of tasks such as daily briefings where it
integrates with your email and calendar and sends Slack notifications. It can create weekly reports from files on Google Drive or on your file system. It could do recurring research by researching topics online, analyzing competitors, or finding industry news. It can also organize files on your file system on a recurring basis, or send
your team updates on whatever channel's required. In this video, I'm doing a quick walk-through of how to set up and configure scheduled tasks within Cloud Colwork, and I'll also compare them against agentic workflows that you might create via AI coding agents like Cloud Code. If you haven't watched my previous walk-through video on Cloud Colwork, I'd
